Female staff tonight very rude, passive aggressive in her manner as I challenge the food / chicken was not well done as requested at the time of order.I had a wait for over 20 mins as they deal with take away orders via delivero.There must be a better system in making sure all the customers are happy.Customers on foot should not have to wait in excess of 20 mins for a take awayI honestly felt forgottenI am also not happy with the quality of the foodThe chips were cold and the rice bland tasteStaff hair should be covered with a net as they are around the chicken in an open area .. not good enough - I have observed over the past 15 years, I feel staff standards have gone downhill

Nando’s is same but this one is particularly good. The service is nice and fast and the staff are super friendly. The location is perfect too. The food is amazing and, most importantly very consistent. Went with my husband and my 16 month baby. We all love it.

I had a great experience at Nando's last week. The guy, Prashanna was very friendly and helpful, he deserves a shout out. And the food was great as ever. This is the place I would definitely recommend.

If you've never been to Nando's, please go! You'll love it. This Nando's has a quirky layout and unsual decor, however you'll get the same delicious food and the same unpretencious and helpful service as always, so you'll be hard pressed to not have a good meal. The only problem you'll have is deciding what to have. It's all delicious. Nando's is particularly popular with my partners nephews. They love the food, unlimited drinks and the ice cream bar.
