Nando's - Park Royal in Ealing

I have never been a fan of Nando's, but after eating in the Park Royal restaurant I am a convert.The restaurant is really friendly and very welcoming. In a very diverse area of London there is a nice vibe of people enjoying good food and good company, a credit to the staff.However, one member of staff that stood out was Joel, very friendly and nothing was too much effort. Thank you.

Wasn't a bad visit after 4 years. Still the same and good service. Was seated quite quickly considering it was a Sunday evening. Food was great. They have new paper menus and some new additions on the menu. The floor was quite greasy walking towards the toilets. But other than that it was a great evening. 👌

Arrived and waited at the enetrance for somone to attend to me. After 5 mins of zero attention I found a table myself. Ordered via the app/account, food was quick and tasty. Staff were polite and courteous. Just need to work on the meet and greet part.

I was shocked. We go nandos often but this trip was a disaster . They served us a Pale cold chicken . This was not the usual we get. The stuff was standard. It's not their fault. But the whole chicken we ordered was not edible. Very disappointed.

1 hrs driven to Nandos.Got let down.Placed an order 19:31, double checked with the manager after 20:10, she’s only no one told you food going to be late, I said no.Manager: 5 minutes food coming.Myself: ok.Myself: 20 minutes checked out again.Manager: food not ready, do u want refund?.Myself: no I don’t, how long food is going to be?Manager: some items short, don’t know.Myself: went back to the table.15 minutes later uncooked chicken wrapped Arrived unfortunately completely different, I ordered plain chicken wrap.Finally main course never arrived. Just got up and left.Avoid this branch 0 customer service.

We were a walk family of 10 and got seated very quickly, the branch was newly refurbished looks great and is clean. The lovely Alyanna (sorry I know I got the name wrong ☺️) served us, who was bubbly and helpful. The food order was all correct, hot and came out on time. Con - waaay to much peri salt on chips.P.S I missed the music nandos normally have on 😅

Just had dinner with my family here. As every year we wanted to celebrate start of an Advent .... unfortunately this was a big , HUGE mistake to come here. Dirty, no effort WHATSOEVER. Asked for well done chicken and got undercooked.. the guy took it twice back and both times it was just more spices thrown on top and always undercooked. I'm deaf and the guy treated me really poorly almost in tears, but my kids were there so didn't want to make fuss. Also when he brought the chicken second time he said I'll be back in second to check... never came back. When I confronted him he smiled at my face which made me feel horrible and as a person with disability ,really effected me. The only nice person was manager Yasmin who really helped me was patient and understanding... I would like to say big thanks to her.I also find disgusting that if your chicken is undercooked ,instead of cooking it more they throw it away and in few seconds they try to say that the new piece is cooked to your satisfaction, which it wasn't. Such a big company and so much waste of food just because those young people working there do not care !!!!! It is disgraceful 😔Not worth the money and it really ruined our evening.

Good food here as always. Had a few hiccups with the order and a gift card, but all was brilliantly sorted by Anisa! Five stars for her!

The peri-peri chips were tasty & the chicken was yummy.

+ good on taste and speed of service+ great parking opportunity+ enough seating to manage large groups- cleanliness can be improved- might need waiting on a weekend
