Please do not listen to these half hearted and false reviews stating the food is poor or not good quality. I am a Sri Lankan and have brought my Portuguese wife and her family time and time again and the food and service never fails to disappoint us.My wife and her family have never been a fan of spicy food, however after trying the food here they were pleasantly surprised and enjoyed it thoroughly. The service is always exceptional and very attentive. This restaurant always makes me proud to be a British Sri Lankan and I will ensure I visit this restaurant in the near future.Well done!:)

Amazing food. Excellent service. Thoroughly enjoyed a family meal and would highly recommend. Definitely going back👍

We got a take away chicken jalfrezi and aubergine curry. Both were were as good as any curry we've tasted. The disappointment came from our sides which were samosas and a mini masala dosa. We paid 4 pounds for 2 mini samosas no bigger than a mouthful each. The lentils in the daal were chewy. Not sure if we would return to the restaurant based on this experience.

Food was very awful. I ordered food for take away. But the food was very watery. Seems like they cook & keep the food in the freezer & then they heat it up. Never recommend this place for any food lovers. If anyone wants to try Sri Lankan food please don’t go there. This is a fake Sri Lankan restaurant.

Amazingly good Sri Lankan cuisine, with friendly staff. Thoroughly recommend!

This place is fantastic. We were so happy to find an Authentic Sri Lankan restaurant in the area. We had the Dosa, Kuthu Roti, Beef Columbo and a Milk hopper. The dishes tasted great, with lots of flavour and spice. The Beef Columbo was my favourite among the lot. The quantities were great, even the starter, mini-dosa, was a decent portion. The service was quick and staff were very nice. The restaurant looked big enough for a group of up to 12. Would definitely recommend this place.

Food is good, very tasty but a bit expensive taking in account location & no fancy interior design. Service would say very kind and professional. Tried only chicken thali+ colombo beef&lemon rice+ egg hopper which I would judge tasty & nice but not superb delicious. Either way, recommend!

Haven't eaten here but did a takeaway at the restaurant. The fish curry is medium but can be quite hot for a lot of people so beware of Hot with the Madras curries. I opted for the more Sri Lankan fare of Chicken string hopper which is a type of stir fried rice noodles accompanied by fish curry and a delightful find of green curry Mango. It is unexpectedly sweet for a curry but I enjoyed it. It may not be for everyone but what is? Give a try with a group of friends and have a jolly good time laughing about whether it gave you joy or not! 😊😅😭

A good restaurant in Northfield. To put simply, it is a Tamilian restaurant that serves veg/non-veg Srilankan Thali, lots of dosa, idly and other traditional Tamil and north Srilankan dishes. Reasonably priced, good ambience. Not too crowded with seating space. I tried mutton rolls and chicken Thali which were really good. Owner keep watch personally on customers & orders so the service is good.
