Pizza Express in Ealing

The gluten free pizza was good and was served on a board different to the regular pizzas. I liked this nice touch as easier to distinguish which is gf. The only thing I would say could be improved was the information about it being served on a board was on a tiny bit of writing in the bottom corner of the menu and could easily be missed. They have a vegan menu so I think having a gluten free menu could be easily added as it was a bit of a struggle trying to find the tiny writings explaining the gluten free items that were not labelled with a gf by them.

Great service from Zia and the team. Very welcoming, attentive, kind and polite. Meal was delicious! We were there for a long time and didn't once feel rushed, we were constantly being looked after throughout our visit. Thank you very much!

Exceptional service and amazing pizzas as always. You should try their pastas and salads as well which are so good !I have been trying their summer and winter menus for 10 years now and they have always been amazing. This place has some good vibes and the staff is super friendly. Thank you for accomodating my customised requests as well

Went here for the first time today and it was great. My pizza was the best I have had in a long time. The staff were very friendly. Will definitely be going back.

Visited last week with my sister and my little boy. It was my sons very first pizza express experience since he was a baby and was much better.He’s older now and understands and also eats.The staff were all lovely especially Edna the lady who served us. She was very welcoming and gave my son an activity page and pencils straight away.Some places I either don’t know they have them or I have to ask for them.I didn’t have to ask here they seemed to just do it.Edna was very attentive and great at her job she wears the most beautiful smile on her face and really seems to enjoy her job.Service was fast but not too fast it was well passed and food was delicious.Before we went I called up because I hadn’t booked and a really lovely man answered and told me I can come and what time closest to that time he would have a table for me.When I walked in with my family he knew who we were.Seated us straight away.Restaurant has a lovely atmosphere very child friendly.This sounds crazy but I’m a toilet freak. If I visit a place and the rest rooms are bad even if everything else is good I don’t go back.The bathroom here was just as clean as everything else probably one of the nicest and cleanest toilets I’ve used in a restaurant in recently times.I can only give 5 stars but I wish I could give 10.Cleanliness, friendly staff, child friendly, amazing food, atmosphere all get top stars.We hope to return soon.Thank you all for making our visit so special

Fantastic atmosphere, amazing friendly staff - Zia was the best of waiters. Excellent pizzas for me and my family we have been regulars for years and it always lives up to the best of standards all round.

As we arrived, we were greeted and escorted to our table. Service was quick, food was delicious and the vibes were really nice. We had a cosy little place and felt great. Staff were very attentive and patient too. We couldn't have asked for a better night out with the family!

A small and compact Pizza Express with two floors. No host desk at the front. Excellent quality food as you would expect and great service.

Waitress didnt pay attention and got the order totally wrong. Kids pizza was burnt, kids pasta was was missing the chicken. Side salad never came, pizza was ordered as a classic but came on a Romana 🙈.Manager accepted mistake gave us 10% off and free deserts. Just an off day as usually the service and food is really good.

Had the piccolo menu with gluten free dough balls, gluten free pizza, gluten free brownie and babyccino on the side. Went down a treat for the little one! I had dough balls, cannelloni and chocolate fudge cake.
