Good food but the lady taking orders has serious attitude issues she needs to learn some customer service skills !! 🙄Ordered sweet lassi and it was ridiculously sweet and only mentioned to her she said next time you must say less sugar. Then my mix paratha is served literally without any butter and asked her reply was there is already butter on it. I think she forgot that I am the customer and I was going to eat it not her 😒

Ordered a chicken tikka kebab roll and when I opened it up there was bits of noodles in the roll when I address this to the woman she laughed it off and said the cooks are making/ eating noodles. Gave me a bad belly for a few days worst place ever enter with caution 🤢

Always good food here no complaints at all over the years and great value for money too! Still the nicest authentic Indian food in all of West London ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

DISGUSTING - there are plenty of excellent Indian restaurants in Southall don’t waste your time and money going here - New management have trashy decor and equally tasteless food. Music is excessively loud and offensive. Staff (including what looked like the owners) looked rattled and were aggressively talking to each other in their own language and then calmly talk to you in English in between arguments - straight out of an Indian Fawlty towers - was told food would be 5 minutes - had to wait 25 minutes without any updates. Took one look at the kebab roll and threw it in the bin. They don’t use naan (instead an overly greasy fried roti) and the meat looked worse than dog food. While I was in the restaurant - I gradually realised something didn’t seem right so thought I’d check out the reviews - my only regret was not reading the reviews before I ordered. These guys shouldn’t be running a restaurant, they have a lot to learn. I’ll go out on a limb and say this is now the worst Indian restaurant in Southall.

Not what it use to be.This is not the Rita's of the past, which was great home cooked food at very reasonable prices. The new owner seems like a nice guy but he is being let down by his staff who give poor service and bad food.

Been coming here for over 40 yrs so this place has heritage so you would've thought the previous owners would've carefully vetted any potential new owners when they sold it. However it seems they didn't, and should be ashamed of themselves for selling to these new owners who are running the 'Ritas' name into the ground! My 'go too' is the chicken tikka roll and the aloo tikki. Before the chicken used to be a rich colour, which meant a good marinating. Now it looked like it had been dipped in marinade and then washed off, and tasted as such. The aloo tikki tasted like fried mashed potato without a masala grain in sight. It took me 5 mins to get home in a warm car and still it was a tepid temperature.Even on quiet time's of the day, there always used to be sit in diners or a que of takeaway customers, however there was only me today, so it appears the damage is done, especially from the recent reviews I've seen.I don't know if shortcuts are being taken or if they're being cheap on ingredients/staff, or they just don't know what they're doing but they need to take the feedback seriously or they're going to lose their old and loyal customers. I doubt I'll be going back!

I just paid £19.00 on a chicken wrap and momos. The wrap was literally dry chicken in a naan wrappedThat's been toasted. THATS IT LITERALLY.No salad no sauce nothing. The momos looked like they had the dogs dinner in them nasty.Such flavourless food. Very lacklustre and I honestly would say if you were literally starving and there was nothing else open only then use this place as a last resort.Waste of my money.

Took a party there for a birthday celebration. Very disappointed with service and quality of the food. Some dishes didn’t even resemble the pictures on the menu. When we complained we were told that there was a new chef. No mention of any compensation on our bill though. Fine. More reason not to visit this establishment ever again. Will make sure I mention this to all my friends

Used to be excellent under previous owners. Ordered Chicken Tikka and 5 Kebabs for takeaway. Got home only 4 kebabs and small portion of Chicken Tikka. Really poor service. Food quality is questionable at best. Will never come here again after our family has ordered from them the last 30+ years when it was good.Total shambles under the recent new owners. Used to be good quality food and good value but no longer. Rip off merchants. Profit before anything else.Stay well clear. Plenty of other good places in Southall. The Afghans have taken everything over now and ruined it...greed for money.
