The Fox Inn in Ealing

Nice garden , I had a bad experience because, I had a fried fly in my plate I spoke with the manager about the fly and he said to me that is not their fault beca they have pest control , come on! a fried fly! The rest a nice place and the garden amazing!

This place has a decent selection of beers. The food selection is a bit all over the place but I suppose offers something for everyone. Food however was of a good standard. This is right by a beautiful picturesque walk along the locks.Staff are very friendly and helpful and the beer garden is big and of a high quality. They take card or cash but are championing the use of cash on a Friday to keep it alive. I will add that the music playlist has been superb every time I went.4 stars.

Such a gem - absolutely love this pub. The staff are friendly and accommodating and the food is superb. They've recently refurbished so the beer garden is fantastic (sheltered in the winter). Make sure you book if you're after a Sunday roast as it's very popular!

Nachos and kids chicken meal was excellent. The staff/manager were very kind and generous and went beyond our expectations with a request we had too. Love the books in there too.

The vibes fantastic great staff! I feel the food may need some work though. The turkey roast was very bland. The fish and chips be that it haddock was still very off. Fantastic service and warming vibe however. Great for a friendly family drink I feel.

Wonderful pub, we were moored up on the canal near TheFox Inn, and ate here a number of times, the food was delicious, a nice outdoor area, the staff friendly and all COVID guidelines followed (I am a few months late posting this review. As we ate here so often, I tried the veggie burger, veggie salad, the veggie fajita (my go to meal) and the veggie sundae roast. I would say my favourite was the fajita and the roast, and the burger was not really to my taste. The portion sizes are very generous, highly recommended.

Very nice pub. Staff were very helpful and enthusiastic. Sunday roast lunch, after walking canal & Hanwell flight of Locks, was tasty- large portions! Real ales (Tim Taylor, Proper Job I can recall) Huge amount of outdoor seating, some covered with heaters

Was reasonably priced (not cheap but not too expensive either). It was a pain to get there because of the narrow roads leading up to the pub, but once there you immediately noticed a nice ambiance that allowed you to sit in a group and feel comfortable. One criticism would be that there were not many spare chairs about so once your table was full you could not add another chair to the end.7/10

This is a beautiful pub, the staff are so friendly, the clientele of a good calibre. We went on a Wednesday night during Eat Out to Help Out.The food was good however, they'd run out of steak and apple crumble, which was a shame.I will definitely be coming back again. The outside area looked beautiful, though we sat inside.Giving this place a 4 star only because the where we were sat wasn't that comfortable, it was a bench style seat.
