Amazing, nothing less than praise for this place. We came by chance here and what looked like a regular pub turned out to be an Indian feast. We hadn’t booked but the place is so big that they can easily accommodate for any size. Food was super delicious, I highly recommend the lollipop chicken for starters alongside the okra fries. For mains we had a masala, a jalfrezi and a madras; all of which were amazing along with pilau rice and a bread basket. In my personal opinion the curries could be a touch spicier but I like my stuff very spicy. They also serve Indian Cobra beers. Staff were also very friendly and attentive, service super speedy. Loved the vibe and will definitely come back over the summer to check out the garden.

What used to be quite a grim pub has been transformed into a sleek bar with an impressive range of Indian food. It’s a premium place - reflected in the prices, which are slightly more expensive than your standard curry place. But the service is attentive, the decor lovely … and the food? Utterly delicious. And as a bonus, there is a really good outside seated area. So - a place for a treat!

Came here for lunch on a sunny day. Say with my family in their spacious garden, and enjoyed a wonderful meal. Sea bass barbecued is banana leaves is highly recommended! Friendly staff as well! Try this place, you will be pleased you did!

Incredibly professional, comfortable and the highest level of service and food. As someone who prides himself on accurate reviews The Hampshire has proved itself to me as a restaurant that exceeds all expectations. I will be returning here with hopes of more of the same and I am sure they will not disappoint. Anwar and the Sous chef Faizal were incredibly welcoming and made the entire experience enjoyable. If you manage to get a moment of their time you will understand just how exceptionally they operate.

We came for drinks and nibbles and towards the end of the night, the mixologist Daniel made us bespoke cocktails that hit the mark brilliantly. Absolutely fantastic! Food was also delicious.

Came here for a party. Great place with plentiful indoor and covered outdoor seating, including heaters. The Indian food was great, especially the chilli chicken and paneer tikka starters! There was also an amazing sea bass served wrapped in a banana leaf (see photo). Would love to visit again
