The Red Lion & Pineapple in Ealing

Came on a Monday for their BOGOF pizza deal only to be told the calzone wasn't a part of it when we asked for the bill. This is despite being told everything under the "pizzas" section of the menu counted when we ordered (which included the calzone). I don't really have a problem paying the amount we did, but this is very misleading. Miscommunication aside, I don't buy that folding a pizza on itself makes it so different as to warrant excluding it.

Good food but...They have a lunch time offer on 12-5pm Monday to Friday which on the sign says "Pizza & Beer £9.50" . Came to pay and apparently my Pizza did not qualify for the deal and therefore mg bill was £20,Information on which pizza is included in the offer was not forthcoming on the menu and i literally only ordered one pizza and one beer from the waiting staff and that information was not passed on the time of ordering...Disappointing as me and my partner come in all the time and the food is good.

Very good home made pizza. The chef is vegan which makes their menu very good. They even do 1 metre long pizza for those bigger groups! I had a folded Calzone pizza and it was very nice indeed.

Good pizza a little different from the high street standard fare, based on neopolitan pizza. Good Italian, beers and wine. Staff excellent and a good old fashioned pub feel but with great food.

Absolutly not a napoletan pizza made in electric and not in a wood fire one, low quality ingredients and tastless. I was a costumer of santa Maria and was an amazing experience for london market.

Great first impression, too bad that the staff were unprepared and rude. They charged us double because "they don't care if we already paid at the bar, we have to pay for her because she was our waitress". Worst customer service ever! You can be sure that we will never return to this place...

Awesome place, Awesome service, Awesome food! Probably the best pizza in London!

A decent establishment that has a cosy feel while extending some way back. They have a pretty good variety of pizzas on the menu as well as various bites, starters and sides. Busy enough on a Thursday night to give the place a good social atmosphere without the overcrowded nature of nearby Ealing Broadway. Just right.
