The Royal Harvester in Ealing

The salad bar is phenomenal 😍 my go-to is either simply chicken or the half rotisserie meal. Staff are friendly and super fast. Honestly, b3wt place to hang out with friends and chat with good reasonably priced food. So many options to choose from too. Parking is available on site too.

All the staff here were so polite and friendly! Interacted well will us and the little ones, definitely would recommend, it's not often you find somewhere like this anymore! Thank you so much!! I wish I could remember our waitress name she had a lovely blonde bobbed hair and a flower tattoo on her arm - she was lovely!!

Firstly, this pub restaurant 8s no longer called the Royal Hanwell.It is a Harvester pub restaurant.Food and drink is very good and staff are very helpful and friendly.However, my main reason for giving 3 stars is, the menu is far too pricey.As Harvester is owned by Greene King, I would rather choose better value for money and go to a Toby Carvery, who are also part of the Greene King company

First meal back at this place since the start of the pandemic. It was nice to see the menu had received a healthy upgrade, with some lovely new menu items. Our waitress was very very good and suited to our dietary requirements and requests very well. Thin, if you are reading this, thank you for an excellent Sunday evening.

Service and food was great.Boston Manor has good parking faculties a Beer Garden which I utilise in the summer as well as lovely staff.I regularly visit this branch as the service is quick and didn't feel rushed to leave by any of the waitress I have seen over the years.On occasion, I would complement the Chef and the Manager is very approachable and friendly. Not I have had a need to request him its for the years going there but he seems to make a point to ensure everyone on his shift is alright and happy. I like a manger who knows how to run a ship and pays attention to customer satisfaction but I am sure this is easy as the staff clearly appreciate(s) him/them.Clearly a good mentor.This review is ling due the to amount of times I have visited and never written to express it before but for so many years and no complaints I thought I would rectify.Well done Royal Harvester for finding the right people for the roles they do in this Branch.Oh, my regular time were usually on a Sunday evening and the Manager I have seen a few times is called Hugh.

Been here plenty of times but our last visit wasn't good. They missed ribs off a main meal & took so long to bring it out everyone had finished eating (we did wait a bit but food got cold) then the waitress didn't even look at us for the rest of the stay, we kept trying to get her attention for drinks, puddings etc but she kept walking past (we were by the window so she didn't have to go near our table to serve other tables as we were the only ones there) we gave up trying to order, managed to wave someone else down, paid and left

Came for a family meal New Year’s Eve (afternoon) as wouldn’t be seeing each other to celebrate the new year in that same evening… picked a couple of starters between us, sadly they were unavailable so we had to skip starters, picked our mains they was pretty average, looked forward to our desserts and once again not available, no ice cream, no cheesecake (we have been many times previous) so looked forward to certain dishes… almost all of your desserts are ive cream based , it was new year a world renowned socially busy time you should of been prepared and ensured your restaurant was fully stocked!! We ended up settling for certain less enjoyable dishes as we didn’t want it to be a wasted journey …. There was nothing on the website and no signs or spoken warnings when we arrived that mutiple items were unavailable

Good place for lunch or dinner or just for a drink. Great service- fast and non problematic. Just tell if you don't like something in your meal- they will be happy to replace it. Car park available outside- it is necessary to record VRN on arrival.

Festive menu was terrible. Gravy was water, burnt bacon dry chicken. This was their Apple crumble. Cold raspberries with biscuit sprinkled. It should be a pie based dish with apples not raspberries served with custard

Had a great evening here for my birthday. The food was great, staff friendly and a great selection of drinks. The garden is very spacious and beautiful. I had the rump steak, which was beautifully cooked, always liked the salad (especially the dressings) and the desserts were amazing. The only thing which was off putting is the fact that you are not aloud to serve your own salad, creating a queue, maybe could give you serving spoons each to be washed. Will go back and recommend. A nice family restaurant.
