Pleasant stay, food is ok although I did not have breakfast. Staff are fairly polite and helpful. Shame to have to pay £12 per day for parking mind as you already have to pay 12.50 per day for ulez.

Whilst the heads of department seemed to know what they were doing, nobody else did . Breakfast was shocking to say the least. One staff member ( simona )How she carried on with a smile on her face I will never know. She was doing her own duties and then clearing other mistakes from the rest of the staff. When you know that you are going to be full, you should have enough staff to cover the work .

The room is nice, not perfectly clean though (toilet seat was dirty, hair in the bathtub and on a pillow, dirty tea spoon). The temperature set in my room as I entered was 28 degrees so I had to sit next to an open window for quite some time until the temperature went down. Wifi kept on logging me out, so I had to use my data. Towels missing, no phone, so I had to go downstairs and they promised to bring towels in 5 mins. Of course they didn't. So I called the reception after half an hour from my mobile and no one answers the phone... After an hour I decided to take a bath anyway cause how long am I supposed to wait after check in to take a shower! It was 6 pm after all. Then, after an hour since I told them they forgot to give towels in my room they came to bring the towels while I'm in the bathtub which was so uncomfortable and stressed me out. It's still a reasonable price and comfortable bed, and staff ok.

Would of got 5 stars if parking was free for guests. £12 per night.! And if the TV was a bit bigger and didn't flicker. Room was clean and tidy as it always is with premier Inn.The best bits were surprisingly a plug socket by the bed, I need this for medical reasons a lot of hotels have done away with them 😟The restaurant was fantastic the mixed grill was brilliant, it tasted great and looked great. The staff are extremely polite and helpful throughout the premier Inn at hanger lane.

Great little Premier Inn for those visiting London. Easily accessible from the A40 and with two convenient tube stations close by on main tube lines for easy access to central London.Staff are always polite, friendly and helpful. The rooms also provide everything you need for a good night stay. Will definitely be visiting again.

NEVER AGAIN!! Booked in for two nights on arrival the lobby was an absolute mess of people not being checked in, the room was clean but consisted of 1 towel for two people and no coffee sachets. The room was cold and the window even though shut seemed like it was wide open.We decided to eat at their restaurant on the first night it was still very much under COVID restrictions so no going to the bar for drinks, when being seated there were no mention of items missing off the menu until asking for three different meals then being told by the obnoxious waiter that they were not available also same for the drinks. The staff on for breakfast were amazing very attentive and the breakfast was brilliant too.Unfortunately we decided not to stay for the second night even though it was paid for .

Stayed here for three nights. Accessibility is quite awkward to get to the building itself. Parking spaces quite tight and constricted. The place is quite dated and could do with some serious refurbishment. The lift access buttons are bordering on dangerous. £12 parking per night which is ridiculous. The morning staff are pleasant and very helpful and service from them is excellent.

Fantastic service, the staff were friendly and exceptionally helpful. The food was amazing, tasty, faultless. The location I thought would be noisy, but there was not a sound. The rooms were spotless and lovely and clean. The price was so reasonable. Total value for money. I would DEFFINATELY go here again when staying in London.
