Tops Pizza in Ealing

I always order nice pizza from tops in Southall , but today I go to Acton, and I thought it Would be the same But this pizza is horrible it taste like frozen pizza in the supermarket and I paid £2 for cheesecrust And he didn’t do it I saw this when I came home and call him to inform him about The pizza. They got extremely bad customer service because they tell me that next time I can get it for free but there will be no next time. never again….. Avoid!!

Worst service unprofessional, pizza dough isn't cooked properly, irrelevant toppings for selected pizza.I think Chef doesn't have any knowledge of pizza, if I had a negative review I would definitely give -5.Made a mistake by ordering with tops, next time I would definitely go with dominos.

Deep pan is poor quality and tasting dough. Terrible tasting toppings. This has to be one of worst pizzas I’ve ever had.

The pizza dough seemed to be undercooked, when tearing a slice off, all the toppings including the cheese just slides off and your just left with dough. I found the ingredients very tasteless, overall I could just taste dough and I have to say it was not worth the £22 that I paid, I fact I will never order from here again, very disappointed. 2 stars for pizza arriving on time, warm and they provided me with 2 free dips.

I love a good pizza and these are GREAT pizzas! Delivered safely, on time and quickly, the pizzas are delicious, hot and hearty, with plenty of toppings. This was our second order and we are now loyal customers!

I bought their deal from deliveroo that said 2 med pizzas, garlic bread and a bottle of drink. Delivered with just the 2 pizzas (l don't consider the size as medium, l would rather say it was small) and the drink. When l called them, they told me that the deal no longer exists and l should check the receipt. At least, the quality was nice (hence 2 stars) but too expensive and not so friendly staff.

Best goddam pizza in the world and nice staff.Treat yourself. Go for a large four cheese, BBQ base, stuffed crust, onions, sweetcorn and pineapple. Served with cheese stuffed jalapenos. Even the garlic dip is unequalled.The things wet dreams are made of....

This was the second time when we made a big order from them. We ordered 15 pizzas and sides for our nursery's Christmas party. The communication between us and the manager Udeen was brilliant and he was able to cater for all of our wishes. Customer service is 5 stars for sure. The delivery was very prompt and the delivery guys were very helpful to take in all the boxes. The food was delicious and steaming hot. We are very satisfied with the service what we got and we can highly recommend Tops Pizza Acton to big or small parties and for just family dinners too.
