Anuraag Tandoori Restaurant in Enfield

This has always been our go-to curry house ever since they were located in Cockfosters. They always provide great food and the staff are extremely kind. I now live in Texas, USA, but I always look forward to an Anuraag curry when I visit.

Worst Indian restaurant in East Barnet. The food was tasteless.

The photos displayed are all wrong. This place is no longer as large as displayed on the photos. This place is a takeaway in the main and only 2 tables. The photos are of their old place and the owners are new. Takeaway only with eat in high prices

I order from them tonight for the first time since it has new ownership. Both my son and I thought the food was delicious! Arrived quickly will definitely order from them again, it will be my new Indian takeaway. I don't usually leave reviews but I felt compelled to.

Excellent vegetable biryani comes with some vegetable curry on the side as accompaniment. Neat and clean restaurant . V hospitable staff . Reasonable prices as compare to the location where prices can be sky high . Also real roses on tables not artificial . Great attention to detail . Been there twice and will go again and again . Went there with the family last night - it's a bit old fashioned in its decor & even style of service, but the food is good. Had a king prawn shashlick which was very nice. My dependable Cockfosters home of curry . Good to see packed with punters on a Friday night too.

This place is extraordinary and spacious, the food was yummy and the rates were very reasonable. rapidly, efficient service and very affable staff. I highly recommend this place.

Great Indian food, good service, in simple surroundings

The food was perfectly pleasant, though unsurprising, but the service was somewhat bizarre. Asking for a large bottle of sparkling water was beyond them. It took two waiters and they still only brought a small one! This was pretty typical of the rest of the service! Not unpleasant, but there are plenty of nicer places to eat nearby.

We have had many takeaways from Auraag, but never again. The customer service is pretty much the worst I have experienced. I don't really understand why, but they are so rude. They only ever ring the door bell once and then they pretty much run from the door like they don't really want you as a customer. Tonight was a similar experience, but we actually didn't hear the door bell ring. So we rang to see where our order was and had the voice of a stroppy man on the other end telling me how I would have to wait another 30 minutes now for my order and that I should get my door bell fixed (the door bell is working fine). I said why didn't you give us a call, he said, I don't need to... The whole experience is just odd. I will never order from Auraag again.

Ordered main and a popadoms to start whilst waiting. Waited about an hour between popadoms and main being served. Drank through my massive bottle of beer whilst waiting. Female waitress was a bit useless and had to be waved over for further drinks as hadn't checked on us for 40 minutes, Male waiter was polite enough and apologized for the delay. Food was unfortunately very average and bland when it finally arrived. Disappointing and will not return.
