Absolutely love this place, it has become a firm favourite for lunch out! Sophie and Megan and the rest of the staff, are so kind and caring, taking time to talk to us when they can, and they are always careful regarding my allergies. They make you feel important. We trust them so much that we held my beloved late Mum's wake here. They were so lovely with me (especially considering how stressed and emotional I was), and they did a delicious spread, all catering for allergies and special dietary requirements, and added they also added the extra touches which made it special. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Their service was exemplary. Our guests were all very impressed too. Highly recommend and thank you both so much for everything. You are the best. God bless, Ruth and Mark xxx

Lovely views, great breakfast, drinks nice and hot. Lunches looked very good too!

We went for the farm shop but it has closed down. So we went into the restaurant. That was a bit confusing: a notice said wait outside until someone came to get us seated. After 15 minutes waiting, we just walked in and got the welcome, "Hi, sit wherever you want.". Please take down that notice. But after that, the food was excellent, big portions, decent prices. We shall go back and just march straight in next time.

I've only visited this place twice this month and love it! The food is very nice and the coffee is strong. It is slightly pricey, but I would rather pay for quality over quantity. Also, the service you receive of the staff is A star.I will be back again soon for the Eggs Benedict!

Disappointing to find this farm shop tea room isn’t dog friendly when most of my local coffee shops are. May be worth the management reconsidering this policy as so many places are allowing well behaved dogs now and they are so close to Trent Park - we would definitely stop off for brunch after a dog walk.

We always love to visit this place. We missed it when it was closed. Keep the good work.

Ten of us arrived at lunch time on a Sunday - very busy but we found a table at the back, placed our orders and were surprised at the speed of the service. The all day full English is highly recommended!

Service was terrible. They didn't bring a single order the way it was supposed to be. Confused everything. Couldn't remember the drinks we ordered as well. Weren't friendly. With regards to feed, the portions were big, pleasantly surprised about the amount of salmon they give. It was nice. But the baguette was cold, not crispy and soggy. Too much disappointments for one breakfast.

I’ve been coming here for a few years now and it is very good but recently has been hit and miss. When it gets busy, there is no order in which people can come and sit down. This creates a “every group for themselves” situation which isn’t helped by the fact there is a back door entrance as well. When paying £10 for a breakfast, you want it to be top quality. However lately, it’s coming out greasy and sometimes even cold. All ingredient are fresh and today it wasn’t greasy and spot on.They have got to take milkshakes off the menu!! In the 5 years I’ve been coming here, the machine has either been broke or they don’t have the ingredients.Menus are battered now and need to be changed.Still worth visiting, just hope you don’t catch them on an off day
