Kfc in Enfield

Service was not as expected,not helpful at all, especially for such a well known brand! I was served by the manger if the day too! So no giving feedback would be falling on deaf ears.Food was dry and one bag of chips/ fries only had a handful compared to the others meals which were the same meal.As we were ordering, another customer came to complain of her burger not having its top bun, how can that be forgotten, I won't be visiting this KFC anytime soon.

This place is always dirty. Mostly disgusting is man toilets are always dirty.They are broken down from last 2 days still not fixed .Manager dont keep this place clean . It is important to keep the outside area clean aswell not only kitchen .im not sure even if they keep kitchen area clean aswell or not .the way it is dirty outside it must be dirty inside the kitchen aswell.Toilets are always dirty no one cleans them i think they only clean it once a day when they close the restaurant.I saw managers walking around doing nothing just using their phones . How come they will manage this place using their mobiles all the time .Instead of getting is fixed they have better solution to just leave it like that great

Last came here before lock down, and somehow it has gotten worse. Lukewarm food, confusion from the servers putting together the food items, all of them shouting at each other, but nothing getting done. It's a pity, as when it first opened, it was much better than this.

had a visit yesterday, managing is not so great but its understandle as it is busy as hell. Food was okay. preparation was quick, dtswy giving 3star but big disappointment with all frenchise that they buy most chips packet from cheaper places than origial kfc. dtswy fries are🤮🤮owner should be ashamed for it, making so much busy and still such a cheapskate idea to save a bit money and didn't seem staff was enough for this busy place.

I'm afraid it was an unpleasant vist. The self save screens weren't working properly and I had to end up ordering all over again at the counter. The hot wings were horrible, old, hard and crusty. I asked to change them, they gave me new ones but they were almost as bad as the last ones. I think maybe the oil needed changing. The women's toilets were dreadful. There not tissue, the toilets were extremely dirty and rubbish all over floor and hand dryer wasn't working

When you come to a fast food chain like KFC you are looking for consistency. A KFC should be the same whether you get it in Enfield or Ealing. Unfortunately, the food here is far from consistent. I've had times when the food has been fine others when I've had dry chicken and under cooked chips. I much prefer getting my fried chicken at Morley's in the town.

Food is consistently bad. I come back after a few months thinking it might better but nope its just as terrible. Ive been to many KFC's but this one is way below average...

Quality was pathetic, shame on you. Burger was upside down. Feels like the food stuff was made 4-5 hours ago and kept in a hot bag. Tastes like s***. Fries was black burnt. Chicken piece was overcooked. Cold as ice.

Had a little visit after a bodybuilding show and what a feast I enjoyed......triple chicken bucket......everything was cooked ro perfection.....the restaurant was clean and the service was great
