Extremely friendly & welcoming staff, with a great menu offering pretty plates of tasty food. Found this little gem is perfect for late breakfast or brunch. Yesterday I had the poached eggs on avocado smash, served on sourdough. Perfect soft runny eggs with well seasoned avocado. Previously had the vegetarian breakfast which was also delicious!

First time and it wont be the last. The staff were welcoming, efficient and knew the menu well. The environment trendy, comfortable and clean. The food was delicious and good size portions; as for the wine, absolutely great - I wish I'd taken a photo of the labels!

Came here for dinner with the boyfriend. It's a more formal and bright atmosphere than its sister restaurant in Angel, which I think has better atmosphere (romantic, cosy, dark). That said, the food was still amazing. I wouldn't recommend the snails though, they were a bit flavourless. The lamb shank I had was AMAZING. So tender it was falling off the bone, with beautiful red wine sauce and good old mashed potatoes. My boyfriend's veal was brilliant as well. These chefs know their meat. The staff were very professional.Giving 4 stars instead of 5 because the snails weren't good and the atmosphere isn't really there, but the mussels and meat mains are amazing. I would definitely go again, but to the Angel venue just as I personally prefer the dark cosy candlelit vibe. This restaurant is still great though!

We had a delicious dinner! Such lovely flavours. The photos don't do it justice. Definitely recommend dining here and booking is highly recommended.

We went for Sunday lunch, but didn't have the roast dinner. We had a table at the front on a sunny day, so it was fantastic to have the doors open and enjoy the warm air. I had calamari for starter, sea bass for main and 2 scoops of ice cream for dessert. It was all excellent and the rest of my party all loved their meals as well. We'll definitely be back again. Even better was the fact my dad picked up the bill🤭

My wife and I have been here for lunch a few times. We went there again this afternoon. The food is always excellent and reasonably priced. I can whole heartedly recommend you visit. We are already thinking of going back on Friday..

Creme caramel was not so good. Didn't really taste like caramel and texture was jelly like. Profiteroles were lovely would recommend. Restaurant ambience was good.

Very good to visit this restaurant again after four years and enjoy traditional French food in pleasant surroundings. Great neighbourhood bistro. Good value set meal. Bon appetit
