McDonald's in Enfield

Their service is getting worse day by day... This is the second time Im going through with missing stuff from the original order that i have paid.... There is no contact number to raise the issue.... Basically I didn't get what I paud for... They have completely forgotten to put my bith big macs to the order and it cost £7....utterly ridiculous service with lack of responsibility..

Every time they send me this pancake, like a brick, they keep them in the microwave for ever.

This McDonald's is a very busy one due to its location. Interestingly this large illuminated sign claiming to be 24 hours is partially false advertising. Try going in at 10.40 on a Saturday night and you'll be told in a sharp manner that the inside restaurant is closed. I guess that would explain the large drive through queue. But not a single sign that I could see anywhere stating this or the actual operation times, which I and the other 6 people trying to get food found ridiculous. Much to the amusement I'm sure of the several delivery drivers waiting inside that have the illusion that it was open. If you're going within its "normal" operation times, which I have, don't expect 'fast food' to live up to it's title either! This place has definitely gone down hill since the pandemic.

This McDonald's seems to be getting worse and worse every time. It was good when I first went here but it has since gone very much downhill. Poor customer service, unable to use Student Card as other McDonald's do allow the use of it & lastly poor quality food especially being luke warm even when I had to wait a while for food. Not going back here again.

Saifull the shift manager is an awful human being, rude an obnoxious, if only his conversations could be recorded, service was absolutely slow to a standstill, will not be going to that branch again.Notice all the 5 star reviews are all Asian names, very fishy.

Worst MC Donald's, always something missing, fries are stale never fresh, waited over an hour for our delivery when it was supposed to be 25 minutes. Milkshake tasted like runny milk. Not impressed

Miserable woman on counter (manager? Dark top), snapping at polite customers to place orders on the machines, when they're paying cash. May well be company policy but jesus christ, have you not heard of customer service, treating people like people? Have you not heard of being polite and helpful? None of the customers you sent scampering away knew how to order on the machines and then pay cash at the counter. Other customers had to help them.Thankfully your colleague, another woman wearing a headscarf from inside the kitchen saved the day by coming to help, with a smile, and was lovely.

I took my daughter and her friends to this branch after Jump In session on Friday night after 9pm.It was so clean and the service was better than some restaurants. When one of the girls dropped her ice cream, the staff were on it. They brought us a new one and cleaned up the mess immediately. They were so busy with orders from drive through and deliveries, yet the staff in the kitchen were laughing and being friendly.It left the impression on me, as you don't see this very often in many of the restaurants, let alone McDonald's. I notice this kind of thing, like people's energy, and I think that they deserve praise.👏👌

No surprise, people working here have ZERO value for their customers. The till (customer service) have a great power to change the dynamics of their customers.The meals are prepared appropriately, and is well presented. The taste was exceptional, although the meat felt dry.The screens at drive through is really effective and efficient.Hope to see further improvements with Customer Service and Improvement of Food Standards.Certainly, discrete auditing would provide imperative feedback to the managers and leaders.

Great place for breakfast when it's nice and quiet.
