Mcdonald's Restaurants in Enfield

Do not, for the love of all things holy, order out from this place. They cannot fill a single order properly. There will ALWAYS be something wrong. They'll send you no dips. Or 1 straw for 3 drinks. Or pickles on a burger where you ordered no pickles and the BOX SAYS "NO PICKLES". Or just send you the wrong item! I mean, why bother actually reading what the customer has paid for when you can just send literally whatever you feel like?This place is an awful, awful joke. I can only assume the pittance they pay the kids in the kitchen does nothing to keep their attention.Seriously, though, this branch is just the absolute pits, do yourself a favour and hop over to Krispy Kreme. They only do donuts, but at least they get them right.

I took my daughter and her friends to this branch after Jump In session on Friday night after 9pm.It was so clean and the service was better than some restaurants. When one of the girls dropped her ice cream, the staff were on it. They brought us a new one and cleaned up the mess immediately. They were so busy with orders from drive through and deliveries, yet the staff in the kitchen were laughing and being friendly.It left the impression on me, as you don't see this very often in many of the restaurants, let alone McDonald's. I notice this kind of thing, like people's energy, and I think that they deserve praise.👏👌

15/03/2022 I ordered a delivery on line via Just eat. They delivered the wrong order. The food part of the order they did get right was cold and we had to microwave it before we could eat it, and we didn't get the two large coffees we paid for. I've tried calling their number several times to complain and to ask for our coffees - but - to add insult to injury - they don't answer the phone.................. NEVER AGAIN !!!

I Definitely give five stars for the sweetest employee Amina, there was a problem with the waiting time she made sure to resolve it with a smile on her face. within 1 min we were out. Amazing! thx Amina!

Super super bad! I’m veggie and they put 1 veggie stick in my wrap but then they put 1 chicken and I did not realise until I chewed on something rock solid. This is the second time, the first time they put fully chicken in my wrap and this time I’ve had enough as I ate it and I feel extremely sick as I can’t eat chicken

I ordered drink without ice, but she brings with ice when I question, she started to read receipt and took my drink at the back, I wanted to be sure that she is pouring new drink rather then removing ice from my drink, but I could not see her what she was doingwith my drink, I am very sure she brought back the same drink just removed ice probably with her fingers I just couldn't convince myself to drink it I had to bin it. I wonder why drinks area is out of customers site?

Slow service for a mcdonalds. Site is focused on drive thru and deliveroo rather than the customers in front of them. Been here before after 12PM and only drive thru and deliveroo allowed. McDonalds clearly stating its stance on global climate change here as zero Fs given. 2 stars as this may be the only McDonalds with a working mcflurry machine.

No surprise, people working here have ZERO value for their customers. The till (customer service) have a great power to change the dynamics of their customers.The meals are prepared appropriately, and is well presented. The taste was exceptional, although the meat felt dry.The screens at drive through is really effective and efficient.Hope to see further improvements with Customer Service and Improvement of Food Standards.Certainly, discrete auditing would provide imperative feedback to the managers and leaders.

Great place for breakfast when it's nice and quiet.

Love Fillet-O-Fish. Oh! My Days! Decent branch and drive through is good. Great customer service. Never had any problems, hence the 5* rating. Drive through always busy on weekends/ evening.
