Mehek enfield in Enfield

Wow. Just got home from my meal tonight and it was brilliant. First went to Mehek over 10 years ago and it was fab, so had high expectations and they delivered🙌🏾. Got served by Ali and Ash - Ali although busy did a great job of attending to everyone and still providing really good service, Ash, was really kind and also provided a great, friendly service and held a good conversation. Food was brilliant🤤, Duck Sizzling was beautiful, we had a few different mains and while all really nice the Balti mix was my fave. Definitely not going to wait 10 years to come back, the takeaway is calling my name already.

Always high quality food and customer service. Ive Been a regular customer for years and will be for many more.

I am shocked at the quality of the food and disappointed that they are giving a bad impression of how Indian food should taste. The sag aloo and matar paneer were so disgusting that I had to throw away in the bin. I don't know how the restaurant expects customers to eat such rubbish. The chef is definitely not trained in Indian cuisine.

3 of us had a lovely meal. The restaurant is pleasantly decorated and has nice lighting making the atmosphere very relaxing without being too bright or too dark.The service was very good not too fussy but there when you needed them giving you time to study the menu without pressuring you.The food was excellent.I will visit again

Went for a meal on a Tuesday evening with family for s little treat, expecting it to be quiet, was surprised there were 4 tables full.. however the waiter sat us down and tended to us very politely ( only him at the time).Then the owner came, came over had a pleasant conversation with us, spoke to my children and went and got us some drinks.The food was deliciousKing prawn butterflyPrawn puree ( asked for extra spice) 10/10 ( this was my one)Mixed grill ( my children loved it)Mixed starterMainsMehek special full of flavourNawabs dish ( chicken n king prawn)Mixed special BiryaniNan and rice...Everything was yummy, youngest couldn't decide what was liked the most...all was yummy!! Empty plates at the end of the evening.P.s. With the papadoms the Mango chutney mixed with chilli one side by side...must be tried!! Very tasty!!

The quality of food from Mehek is consistently excellent. The food is just so tasty. I've ordered takeaway and visited the restaurant, and have always had a lovely time. The staff are very kind and accommodating and food is always served hot. On occasion, they may have forgotten to deliver something but they have always come back to drop it off. I highly recommend this place!

I took my younger sisters here to celebrate their birthday, I've got to say I'm not sure I've ever been treated so well in any resteraunt in my life (including a few stellar central london places).The restaurant is clean and cosy, the music was adjusted to our taste when we were the only ones left in the place, the servers were kind and attentive and though our waiter didn't know much about alcohol, he made a few trips back and fourth to the bar to answer some of the questions we had about the wine.I feel the only slight downside is the food; it's not bad AT ALL, but perhaps the price to quality ratio is slightly out. other than the Peshawari naan being the best I've ever had, the currys, rice and sides were on the more run-of-the-mill side.That said. The amazing service and lovely colleagues have ensured we will venture back there again, they even threw in 2 free slices of cake for the birthday girls (twins) unpromted. We had a brilliant evening.
