Nando's - Enfield in Enfield

Manager and staff were very friendly and though Nandos may be a big chain , I’ve had no less than an exceptional dining experience at this outlet. And of course, I always look forward to the wonderful in-house music.

This is my favourite nandos around the Enfield area, always find a table, couple of rude staff but just ignore them, otherwise food always first class

Mahmoud and team are truly professionals and are a testament to Nando's. Nothing was too much trouble for them. I really appreciate their service today and I will be back. Thank you!

I eat at this restaurant often as it’s close to my work. I often deal with a lovely gentleman who is always friendly and ensures my food is all correct. They are lucky to have such a dedicated staff member well done Enfield Nando’s

What’s the point of staying open till 10pm if you stop serving chicken at 9pm? I came to Nando’s expecting to order chicken … and I was told there was no more chicken being cooked as they are closing at 10pm. For a chicken restaurant I think this is pretty dumb … Maybe you should adjust your opening times to accommodate the kitchen. It almost felt as if we were being rushed out of the place. Wouldn’t recommend.

Great staff very friendly and helpful, I was served by two amazing staff members Louie and Jessica. They were very kind to me and they made the experience at the restaurant very pleasant. The manager was also very helpful and kind.

Ordered a collect order, when I got there the restaurant was chaos and I ended up waiting over 50 minutes for my order. Offered free stuff (whats the point, not even hungry anymore)Don't blame the staff at all except the manager, entire system was very mismanaged, I should never have been able to place an online order if they couldn't cope with demand. Pathetic.

Great customer service, manager looked after us and made us feel very welcomed despite busy lunch time. Kids love the upstairs seating overlooking the fountain is a bonus !

I had a very horrible experience at Nando’s today. They have removed their outdoor seating as the council has told them to however after reading the notice on their door they are allowed to put seating if needed up to 6m from the restaurant. As I attend with a dog I was aware That I couldn’t sit inside but I am entitled to sit outside. When I asked the managers they refused to put seating outdoor.Both managers (that I will not name but will send in a separate email to Nando’s) discriminated us as we had a dog who is a working therapy dog and were very rude. This is my local Nando’s that I come to regularly and I have never had this terrible customer service. The managers were rude and refused to give me there names even when they should have had their name id showing.

Upgrading to a bigger place would only add More value to consumer experience. Kind and caring staff and hope that this will only continue.
