New Asian Tandoori Centre in Enfield

Just visited Roxy today and they confirmed that they have space for 7 people. On arrival we were seated. However we waited for over 45 mins and no order was taken and not even a drink was served. Only 1 waiter was working. How does that even make sense for a big restaurant. Absolute disgrace. I am not impressed and will never come back.

Came in for Mother’s Day lunch, got told there is space upon calling them but was informed they were really busy. Didn’t even get offered water or drinks. Why take walk-ins if it’s really busy?

I was in two minds about writing a review on this place, but having read a few of the others I quickly realised that my suspicions are correct. Rather than making any fresh kebabs they are using gross packet frozen kebabs. These are excessively salty and so the whole experience is ruined. If I wanted to microwave a sub standard kebab I would have gone to the frozen section of Quality Foods !! :(

We have been coming here for years and we love it. Incredibly tasty food. Can recommend the keema, dal makhani, chicken karahi and lamb saag.

I visited yesterday evening with a friend, disgusting place found hair in my food, not much reaction from staff or owner. I have food poisoning today, never will visit again.. please avoid this place it's a hazard

Avoid at all coats ! Ridiculous service and food ! Sent frozen kebabs when we ordered on Just Eat. Out of courtesy and with the owners being old neighbours my mum called to highlight this. Was told it was our microwave !! Avoid this restaurant and the owners other business Riverside unless you enjoy having food poisoning. The photo below was after 5 minutes at 900 watts.

Ordered 2 mains 1 chicken curry & Daal curry was watery & Daal was quite salty. Had no Chutney with the samosa's & the rasmalai was off I had to throw it in the bin after tasting one bite so disappointed.

I have been a loyal customer for years, we have held my grandparents 50th wedding anniversary there in the private room eight years ago. It saddens me to leave this review however, the food has not been to the same standard as recently. The bathroom facilities are also not great. As well as this, the service is not as good. I hope that this is able to improve for future visits.

Lovely food great price it was peaceful and quiet staff was kind and was very professional All the food tasted amazing and whole family loved the food definitely will come back here again

This is one of the worst place to go both the services dine in or takeaway. I have been there couple of times with my family for dinner or for Lunch. Always disappointed with the food and staff. For instance I had few samosas for takeaway. I went home and the min my mum tasted samosa it has stinking smell, the aloo( potatoes 🥔) in the samosa was rotten. And When I went back to the restaurant and managers wasn’t even sorry for the rubbish food. Rubbish quality, it taste like the food is been served without being checked, food was cold and prices r over priced compared to quality of the food. The staff needs training and manager need to go on holiday.
