New Sushi, Enfield in Enfield

Food is great but service was awful. We waited in a queue of 15 people when there were 4-5 tables free and the restaurant wasn’t even that busy. Staff were hanging around chatting or loitering instead of getting the tables ready to seat new customers. It was only when one of the customers became fed up after a 20 minute wait in the queue and complained that they decided to clean the tables and we were all seated within the next 5 minutes. Manager didn’t seem too bothered when told either.

I am currently sat here waiting to order…If I’m honest I only return here because I love the food. Every occasion I have chosen to come here the service has been awful. I have never had a smooth experience at this location. I have always had to TRY and get someones attention to be able to order food. They have a system to pay online - I suggest they bring this system in place for customers to order online. Honestly this is awful.

Whilst the food tastes good, I’m rarely able to order what I want because they’re always missing items from the menu. On my most recent visit there were no tepanyaki options WHATSOEVER meaning I had to get a rice dish instead. Staff were apologetic but we were only informed when order was being taken not at the door.

Nice food and helpful staff. Fresh juice is awesome. Portion sizes are ok for an average person.

This place is run worse than Fawlty towers. I arrived for a collection at my allotted time, and was asked to wait as some items were still being cooked. 1 hour later, I still had not been given my food. When I asked again, they found the order and apologised as it had been waiting. I said it wasn't good enough as the food had gone cold. The manager came over, insisted the food was still warm and offered some juices for the wait, which I said wasn't good enough, since he was asking me to continue waiting given my food was already cold. Again the manager insisted the food was not cold, and refused to offer a refund. Low and behold, the food was cold! See my pictures of thermometer readings when I got home. I shouldn't have to microwave expensive food to eat, and I'm annoyed the due to the managers incompetence and lying. Buyer beware!

Extremely disappointed, the food was bland, we had to douse our food with soya sauce to give it flavour. The waiter that took our order was really lovely and friendly but the others literally threw our food on our table once it was ready one at a time. We can't even eat the food together. The drinks were lovey though. Never again!

The food was ok, nothing special. We ordered a rice dish with beef and the rice was on the hard side. The noodle dish with chicken and prawns was mostly noodles with a lack of chicken and prawns. Service wasn't bad although we had to queue up at the entrance for quite a long time even though people were leaving who had finished.

Disappointing experience. Took an extremely long time for our order to be taken (after we had personally asked for someone to come over). Once the food arrived, the portions were not even suitable for kids and in our meat dishes, there was hardly any meat included. When we complained to the person in charge on the day his apology came across as it was forced and he did not try to compensate for the poor experience nor gave a genuine impression of being sorry for the poor service. Having visited other Wagamama at other locations, they are much better experience, I would recommend you go to another branch or pick an alternative restaurant. The one star is for the lovely lady who served us throughout the time and because of her genuine approach and feeling extremely sorry this gets a one star.

Really really good. Genuinely the best Wagamamas I've been to in terms of how well the food was done. Lots of flavour & the staff were all really friendly

First time visiting this restaurant (visited on my birthday). Plenty of choices to select from the menu and they also have vegan options to choose from. The food was very presentable and delicious and the staff are friendly. Give this place a shot if you haven't been already
