Pizza Hut in Enfield

I would give it zero stars if I could. I ordered via uber eats, using priority delivery. Yet the driver clearly delivered elsewhere before me, the pizza arrived bashed up and looked like it had been partly eaten. Phoned the restaurant who said they couldn't send out a replacement, I had to do this through uber.. no thanks and risk getting the same driver again.. awful customer service and they have now lost a customer who has been ordering from pizza hut for years.. truly sickened by what's happened today

We went there for lunch on Sunday 22 May we order on the app from the table and the waitress came with the glasses and she missed a straw i joked i said you bring a straw for him not for me she was nice she said sorry i bring it now but after she was complaining the the other girl i think she was a supervisor or manager because she wasn’t wearing a uniform,they was taking about me i didn’t said please . When we left they turn the back on us . My kids loves the pizza hut we definitely going back , sorry no tips and please don’t ask for tips before the service the tips is for the people who are polite and respectful .

Pizza Hut is a family favourite for us. And the Enfield branch has been my favourite ever Pizza Hut visit.Everything was PERFECT! I’ve been disappointed that they’ve been closing their ‘eat in’ restaurant branches in east London, so this is now our closest one without having to go into central London.We were all fasting that day for Ramadan, so were all very hungry, but their staff were all super efficient and really helpful. From the moment we entered to the moment we left they were an absolute joy!! I could tell the staff in this restaurant were a happy bunch which always helps.Even when there was a problem with one of our pizzas (it happens) the waitress was brilliant at correcting things and making sure she kept us updated on the replacement pizza!I love great customer service, it is an art! It makes everything so much more enjoyable!! And Pizza Hut Enfield staff have the best I’ve ever seen in a Pizza Hut!I haven’t even spoken about the food! But that was all great too and at the level you’d expect. When eating in Pizza Hut there is always something that’s usually missing or that goes wrong! For instance, there is missing items in the salad bar etc - but everything about the pizza and food here was perfect!!Would highly recommend!

Was very quiet when we visited for the buffet. Friendly staff and plenty of pizza being replenished. All I will say is the variety wasn't vast and a lot of the same pizza. Salad bar and pasta was good however. Struggled to find a clean plate in the pile. Toilets a little grubby. Overall good for a quick easy lunch.

Well, firstly. 2/3 of the staff were lovely. However the third was just rude. Lacked any form of service skills whatsoever. At least wear a smile to work. Especially while customers are around. We was also told we could sit where ever we liked as It was only 7pm and not busy at all. Then the rude staff told us that the booths were off limits to us. Quite frankly she just didn’t want to clean up. we was going for a pre cinema quick bite. My pizza the Hot feast wasn’t the best. Cheese was tasteless. Rather greasy pizza too!!! I guess it’s what you pay for. We had our taste cards so the discounted food was the only reason we’d go. On a different note… the toilet. Why is the mechanics of the toilet exposed like such. There was still pee covered across the toilet seat too. The sign says cleaned hourly. Clearly not cleaned hourly. Overall not the best experience. It’s what you get for £22.50

Never again. 1st of all your told to order from the app which is fine.Then on arrival told there is no Pepsi or bottomless drinks. Even with bottles of Pepsi behind them which they then said are for take out only but was willing to sell it separately.....2nd of all they don't bother giving you the bowls for the salad bar or make any effort to explain it to you.3rd staff don't seem really that friendly at all.4th after my little one ate the ice cream he had really dodgy tummy.I'd never come back here. Ever

I popped in today to this restaurant for the first time. Bear in mind that card only/QR code order kind of restaurant. Overall good impression. At Saturday place wasn't packed, we choose buffet option which means food was available straight away once we paid bill. Free parking. We had a little bit issue with payment method but was swiftly sorted by stuff manager. I would give 4 stars but one thing prevent me from that: price of drinks. As unlimited drinks machine was out of order, cost of can of Pepsi was : £3.29 (330ml)! Way too much!

It seems they underpay their respectable and hard-working staff, then force customers to pay for tips through online ordering. This is a beggary system enforced upon their workers and the customer. The girls serving the food were so kind, yet I will not visit again until this shameless imposition is lifted by management. Pay your staff properly and stop forcing customers to cover the cost which you are responsible for!

For a Six year olds birthday the food was nice but lacked the basics GARLIC BREAD. Croutons passing as bacon bits at the salad bar needed attention. However the service was excellent the team of girls catered to the kids needs.

I came to birthday meal we waited over 45 min for our drinks and meal I went to ask for our drinks twice I was told to wait more startes and our main meal came same time pizza not well cooked could not eat after all very disappointing as waiter has addressed to us he was working alone
