Fantastic friendly service. I had my daughter’s birthday party, staff were extremely attentive and helpful. Food was delicious. All together was a great, friendly atmosphere. I would like to thank all the staff.

My starter was delicious, we were a group of 6, waitress had a brilliant memory didnt have to write anything down, didnt forget anything served quickly, but wasnt rushed.

I had a wonderful evening in this lovely place. The food is tasty , the staff is friendly and helpful. I recommend.

Italian food chain. Comprehensive menu and reasonable prices. Better still accepts Tesco vouchers and Tastecard for 2 for 1 dining on selected days.

I go to. this restaurant all the time as it is so close to where l live.The food is good enough the waitresses are lovely and professional always checking you are OK.Place clean and welcoming.Not everything is good value for money.One thing to say. Prezzo claim to be an Italian restaurant. It definitely isn't.

Very Disappointed. Paid £6.50 for “Large” home fries, got delivered a box with no more than 10 chips all soggy and cold.

Patient and accommodating staff. But, stingy portions/toppings.My son had the burger with pretty much everything taken off but the meat, cheese and bun and they got it right, but forgot the ketchup, which he asked for twice before it came. They didn't have Tabasco, though this is often served with tomato juice. Hmm. Calamari was delicious but you don't get a lot for your money. Pizza was a good size but stingy on toppings. However, service was very good, with the new young waiter being patient and noting all, not forgetting. We did see several people asking for parts of their meal, so this place seems not to do so well when it's busy, but overall, it's good. Sadly, prices are so high that I wouldn't eat there without a Tastecard or other offer.

We have been having a girls meet up monthly and always enjoyed the food. This time we all ordered lasagne and straight away I could tell it was frozen, it was watery. We asked the waitress who confirmed it. It tasted nothing like it used to. I could have bought the same in a supermarket for a £1. £9.95 for an italian restaurant to be serving frozen lasagne is appalling. We will not be returning.

The decor and general feel for the place was lovely, staff helpful but it got very busy which meant wait times were slow as we left a 3rd waitress came on shift. Food was delicious shame the lasagne not available without the cheesy top. The rest rooms were clean, but bannisters to access them were sticky, wall next to my table was dirty with what looked like water and food splashed up beside it, also had cobwebs directly behind me. I would return though, food was delicious.

I came to this restaurant because of my friend's recommendation. The environment is very inviting. And I ordered a three-course meal, the starter (stuffed baked mushroom) tastes really good, but the main dish(PENNE ALLA RUSTICANA) just very normal, what I felt more disappointed was the dessert(toffee pudding with icecream )😂so sweet and icky that I could hardly eat it. And the staff service is not so friendly.
