It’s a very welcoming, family-friendly, very clean restaurant. We have been served by friendly, positive, very polite staff. Food was delicious, impressively fast served despite being very full on Mother’s Day. We’d come again soon.

The best Turkish restaurant we have been to. We live in loughton and well worth the drive there. Staff was very friendly and food was delicious. We will definitely be back soon

Best lamb shish I’ve had in ages! The bread is delicious, the chilli sauce is lovely and the salad is THE best. I ordered for takeaway and the restaurant staff were so polite and made me a Turkish tea while I waited. Will definitely be returning, thank you!

We have had very bad experience twice now since then we decided not to go at this restaurant ever. Earlier, it used to be very good but now i think the management has changed and the head waitress attitude is very bad if people are not spending much on food. I think, she get worried about her incentives/ commission. Very pathetic and unprofessional people working... Avoid at all cost!!!

Me and my boyfriend love to eat here. The complimentary bread they provide is coated and one of the best I’ve had at a Turkish restaurant. We are both pescatarian and would highly recommend the Salmon. The staff are very polite and welcoming and ever help settled mine and my partners debate.

Outstanding!!Food at Irmak is absolutely amazing! We normally order a Chef Special which could literally feed an army, the quality is God tier! Fantastic selection of meats, loads of chargrilled vegetables, home made Turkish bread, couscous, rice, and all of the sauces. Absolutely beautifully mannered staff, with a special mention to both Mustafa, Hassan and Younis. We have been ordering from here since we moved into the area and have not been disappointed. I highly recommend this restaurant, its the best in the area.

Had my surprise baby shower here. Heating was on, food was great and served in good time. Even played some music for when my cake came out. Great host would love to come back again.

I enjoyed a lovely lunch meal and service. Prices are great here for what you get I would say, certainly not too expensive. My Nephew ordered the Iskender Kebab, and I ordered the Chicken Beyti which came with rice and salad. We had a little more than half, and we were both full, although it was delicious, we couldn’t finish off. Service was fast, but nothing to really complain about. Initial wait time was good, the service and staff were not too pushy but did come and ask us if we needed any help from time to time.

Service was very poor low the low! I called to ask about reservation they put the phone down on me... I arrived and got seated order was taken 20 minutes for a drink, 30 minutes for cold starters and lost count of how long waited for the main course. Dirty plates and cutlery left on table when was seated, staff walked passed endless times and just looked blankly at me would not go again staff rude and not worth waiting for.Paid £22.00 for mixed kebab and would get more from corner kebab shop for a tenner food had no flavour , completely messed order up then when asked to correct oh we have run out of that.Served main with starters still on the table with dirty plates and then moaned that was no room
