Subway in Enfield

If I could have given 0 stars, I would have. That's hands down the most disappointing and worst subway I've ever attempted to eat in my life. The hearty Italian bread was stale, there was literally 2 bits of chicken in it, was slapped together and just appalling. There's no cheese when I asked for both cheeses and toasted, was over toasted with no cheese at all. My sandwich essentially consisted of stale bread and a load of sweetcorn. I'm in folkestone everyday and can honestly say I'll never be going back to this subway. It was shocking and not worth the nearly £5 I had to pay for a poxy 6 inch sub with only 3 inches of salad and a pathetic slice of chicken. Absolutely appalling.

Subs were both cold. Gave us wrong cookies. Nachos were stale and cold. All around horrible experience and we received no compensation at all. Do not buy here if you have any self respect and value your money

Always enjoy coming here, the shop is always clean and tidy and the staff are friendly and attentive.Update: Still always receive excellent service!

I was served by Fozia at this location last night and left with a smile on my face.Very polite and 5 star service, I will come back definitely

Vegetarians be aware!!! The reason for the 1 star was purely because the lady put new gloves on, grabbed the meat (steak and chicken tikka), then without changing the gloves touched all the salad. By the way I'm not a vegetarian.

Good place to grab a sandwich. The ingredients are always fresh and it looks good each time I go there . Amazing customer service by the new employee.

Something really has happened here, wish I knew what is was. The last three times I have eaten from here I have had an upset stomach mainly from the meatballs and I'm not the only one. The same has happened to two of my friends. The franchisee has a very blase response to the reports so we just left it. Generally I really enjoy Subway.

Refusing to honor the footy euro Cup promo code stating its a scam but upon further conversation they revealed by accident that a few local managers have decided not to honor the promo code of ITSCOMINGHOME. such a shame.

Worst delivery I had in my life. We ordered 3 sandwiches plus sides. They delivered the food 45 minutes late and ofcourse it was cold. My order was missing items and sides annd You ready for the best part? A long blonde hair in my sandwich. And it didn’t belong to any of us because we all have black hair. It was very bad. Specially at this time that they have to pay close attention to hygiene. Just the worst.

A new employee since the last time I went very good service and professional. She European much better service than anytime I have been in there before. I am happy to go there again
