I ordered sweet and sour chicken with egg fried rice. the chicken tasted like play dough and the rice wasn’t good. there’s a reason this restaurant has 3.5 stars don’t order from here

This place and staff are disgusting watch food inspectors on BBC then go somewhere else. Rat and mouse droppings everywhere. How this place is still open is criminal.

Very nice food..but while waiting for takeaway at least 6 people in and out with no masks on.

Lovely food and pleasantly surprised by how yummy the Spicy and Salt King Prawns were. 100% will be ordering from them again.

First time ordering from Sun and Moon. Overall we were satisfied with our food and the experience. The portion sizes were good and the food seemed fresh. The online ordering system was easy and we were sent a message informing us that our order would arrive 10 mins later than expected. Which it did exactly.We enjoyed the Sweet and Sour Chicken Balls and the Prawn Sesame Toast.We really didn't like the Satay Sauce and the Spare Ribs had very little meat on them. We felt that the Beef with Green Pepper in Black Bean Sauce was a bit bland. However, we were satisfied with our experience with Sun and Moon.

Ordered at 8. Called at 8:50. Its the the way bearing in mind resturant in 5 minutes away. 39 minutes later still nothing. Cancelled order. Bare in mind I have 3 kids who were really looking forward to chinese after such hard work. Ruined our night. We have know had to order elsewhere

Very good food,full of flavours and cooked well,large portions and good quality.I would say this is the best chinese takeaway I've had. 5 stars.

We ordered through their website which was very efficient.I requested a specific delivery time which was dead on time, very happy about that.Now about the dishes.My husband loves Lemon Chicken, and to be honest, it was one of the best Lemon chicken takeaway we have ever had.Note, there doesn't seem to be any option to order plain rice, but I had some at home which I served with the dishes we ordered (see pictures)My own dish, chicken and cashew nuts, was very bland and quite tasteless :-( the cashews looked a bit old (I am used to cook with cashews and mine are tastier). The carrots in the sauce were cut very thick and were very undercooked.We also had a soup, chicken and sweetcorn, and I am glad I did because it was really tasty and filled me up as I threw away almost 3/4 of my chicken with cashew nuts.The delivery man also brought a bag of prawn crackers (not ordered so I thought it was a very nice gesture).there seem to have been 2 kinds of crackers in there. Some very shiny which were very sticky and really not at all to our taste, and some were the usual crispy yummy prawn crackers.Considering the great Lemon chicken and Chicken and Sweetcorn soup, I will definitely give it another try when I fancy a chinese takeaway, but I'll definitely stay away from the prawn crackers and the chicken with cashew nuts.
