This is one of my favourite restaurants with wine bar that offers great atmosphere and impeccable service. They have Quiz nights every week, if you enjoy solving puzzles. It's a great place to visit if you fancy a glass of wine, beer or cocktail with your meal. They also hold a Psychic fair evening on 2nd Tuesday of each month for everyone if you fancy a personal reading and have some really good professional & experienced readers. The restaurant's situated very close to Chase Farm Hospital and has free parking for customers. Highly recommend this place!

It's a wonderful and only pub in this area, mostly in ÂŁÂŁ price menu. Food is excellent in taste and presentation with a variety of drinks but not that many cocktails. Mostly had very good experience with their services and food, staff is polite and humble but at one occasion for a Sunday Roast we had to wait for an hour or more to get our food delivered to our table. So be prepared to wait on busy days. You do get a space when you arrive directly but just incase if it's full try to book prior to your visit for Saturday's and Sunday.

Had our leaving drinks in here last night and had the most amazing time! All our friends kept commenting on what a lovely pub this is. Exceptionally good service from Lauren and her team, great communication throughout the night. We was given a lovely corner to celebrate, food & drinks well priced and delicious food. Can’t thank Lauren enough.

Long delays in taking food order, 30 mins later was told one meal not available, food arrived an hour later, burger was dry, burnt and tasteless. We were not asked if the food was ok, plates were not collected, not asked if any desserts were wanted. It felt like we were forgotten about. A pity because the pub does have a nice atmosphere, but you can't eat that can you?

My pie had been in oven too long so pastry was hard, however soaked in gravy and the delicious filling saved the day. Good selection of beers staff nice. Might give it a second chance

Went for lunch here today. It took nearly an hour for our lunch arrive of two bowls of chips, two Mediterranean tarts and one beyond burger , one jacket potato. The beyond burger was overcooked burnt and not edible. When we complained a refund was given instead of making another burger. Said it will take too long to cook another one. The service was really slow. Place looks lovely , food could have been served a lot quicker but one star is because they did not cook another burger so one person had no lunch !

The quality of food and drinks is great as is the atmosphere of the pub. My family and I are regulars to this pub now but also because of the delightful service given to us, especially by Molly.

When we arrived our table was very sticky, like they didn’t clean it at all (even though they put a reserved sign on it). The food is quite average and they forgot to put some of it in the plate. The staff were friendly and helpful but if you’re after a good roast you’re better off travelling a bit further to the Robin Hood.

Came here for a week night dinner and was really disappointe. Food was horrible and just about edible, luckily it was cheap enough. The staff however were really friendly and the place was decorated nicely for Christmas. Despite having open fires, was still freezing cold. The food was so disappointing compared to other years that I have been as it is near family. If the food improves, then a really lovely pub.

Lovely detailed pub with real fireplace. Good choice of beer and wine. Staff were nice and friendly. Food was OK, but had room for improvement. Ordered haddock and chips and beans.. The batter was nice and tasty but the fish was tasteless, bit like pollock fish, beans were just warm enough as not to be cold.. The other dish was pasta and that was gorgeous. Would go again and have the butter chicken burgers which my children said was really tasty.
