Terrible service and experience today.Walked in to only be ignored and people behind us escorted to a table.Had to proactively ask for crayons and paper for my children to colour although other members of staff offered this to children on entryAsked for a drink refill which is not available from refill machine (Pepsi) and still told to go to it.Katsu sauce had an overwhelming taste of aniseed - not nice at all.My wife's food came out cold.Took forever to get attention to pay bill. Even when I called staff waited eternity for bill thereafter.Staff are not friendly at all, do not even smile. In fact very awkward which is strange for hospitality.Avoid! Will definitely not be coming back.

Lovely staff, all of them are friendly and polite. Food is nice too......how ever..the building needs some TLC. The mens toilets are disgusting. Mould growing, plaster falling off. Looks like a border line health hazard

A very nice dinning experience tonight. Staff were friendly as always. Got a table very quickly and was shown where to sit. Starters and main course was good, nicely presented and good amount of portioned. Paid quick and efficiently before leaving. There is ample of parking spaces outside. Just remember to put your car registration when visiting.

I cannot fault the food or the service. Our waiter was possibly the politest person I've encountered in a restaurant and the other staff were great too. However, the decor leaves a lot to be desired. It's old, shabby and in places, quite vile. This restaurant needs a good makeover to match up to the great food and service.

Excellent. Great choice of food and drinks at good prices. Delightful helpful staff and excellent waitress. Fully recommend!

I came here for dinner with my family and had to book in advance. Some staff still wear masks which is really thoughtful and they still have hand sanitisers around too. I really came here for the salad which is really fresh and they have quite a variety of stuff. The salad is still free ! Everyone enjoyed their main and the kids menu have a great range of meals for good prices. Desserts are niceee !

Great food and lovely service. Good atmosphere too. I visited on 14.11.21 for my nephew's 12th birthday lunch. Nice Vegan burger too. What made the difference was the great service actually. I can't wait to go back 10/10. Pictures are of double Vegan burger and Vegan apple and blackberry crumble with delish Vegan ice cream!!! 😋

Amazing service, and great food, want to say a huge thank you to our server Clinton who made my birthday meal extra special who was super sweet, welcoming and friend, surprised me with a candle in my dessert and a happy birthday song 💜

Great food and service. Went for a birthday and was very enjoyable. Times were very good and staff polite and helpful. Only downside is that the toilets could do with a bit of updating. Overall a great experience and would go there again.

Obviously not been here for a while but was pleasantly surprised with it.Car park was quite full but wasn't too packed in the restaurant area. Still have staff serving the salad which I cant wait for that to end. Table was sticky, ladies rest room a bit of a mess. Service was fab though, from someone who understood my sons additional needs which was a big plus for me.
