The New Crown in Enfield

Friendly staff and delicious food. The only reason it wasn't 5/5 is that it was a little over crowded with empty tables and chairs everywhere and it could probably do with a bit of decorating. Bit generally really clean and some of the nicest whetherspoons food I've had in a very long time.

Expect sticky tables, usually with the last customer's empty glasses upon them and a few rough-looking clientele. That's Wetherspoons. Also expect a decent meal with a pint and change from a tenner. I'm not complaining

This had to be the best local weatherspoons, it offers very cheap meals and drinks. Located on Southgate High Road, this has been the go to for the regulars over the years.The all-day breakfast went down a treat, perfect proportions and very tasty.Customer service is always a pleasure.5* Would recommend from overall experiences.

Enjoyed breakfast here. Bought their traditional breakfast with an added slice of toast. Limitless coffee with a clean cup each time currently costs only £0.99. Excellent value. Would recommend.

I enjoyed my very 1st traditional English breakfast at The New Crown (JD Wetherspoon). Harsh brown nice and crunchy, not oily, bacon is soooo yummy, not burnt, toast .. argh .. not the normal white but those big loaf, nicely toasted sausages, just rightly cooked, not shrivered .. you just have to pop in and try! I can see many regular customers walking in around 9am. The staff are cheery and helpful showing me where things are, being my first visit. Tables and seats and floor .. they are clean and not at all sticky. I will definitely go back to try their lunches. Given the vfm .. I must try and find the right time to get in 😃😃.

We went here for breakfast and ended up spending the whole day. Breakfast was nice with refillable coffee which I took full advantage of. If I had to sum up my visit in three words. It would be:- Cheap & Cheerful!

Visited this place with my uncle and sister, we all enjoyed our meals, drinks were good too. Reasonable prices and very good service. Enjoyed my visit to this pub very much. Would recommend.

I am a regular here and here's why:This place is always clean and tidy.There is a wide range of food and drinks here and they are well priced.The staff here are always nice and friendly. They always make you feel welcome. The security is cool and professional.The food here is delicious. I had an English breakfast here once. Very big and filling.On one occasion I had a Christmas dinner party and the food was phenomenal. Whatever the meal, whatever the occasion, the food and drinks here makes it joyous.If you like football and other sports, there are big screen TVs here too. If you like slot machines, they've got them here too.The walls are decorated with old photos of Southgate which are a nice little history lesson about its fascinating past.Tonight I treated myself to a strawberry & lime flavoured Kopparberg Cider with some salty peanuts.Whether you are with friends, family, or solo, this pub has something for you. I highly recommend. So cheers. ^_^
