Absoloutly horrendous experienceWhere to begin and endPacked in like sardinesWaiter forgot the drink orderBrought drinks, popadums and beer to the table that were not requestedPoured out the beer that was not requestedServed up cold foodCold food was taken away and MICROWAVEDThe same food was brought back to table again on the same plates it was taken away onThe restaurant is a shambles to say the least

While the servers were very friendly, my friend and I had to repeat our order four times, and it was still wrong! It was only two basic starters, two standard mains, two ordinary nan. All of the dishes were well cooked and presented, but SO incredibly sweet, as if sugar had been added to everything. I have a big appetite and can usually finish everything, but the sugary sweetness was overwhelming and I had to leave half of my main. Half way through the evening we realised the room had filled with smoke. Not a fire, just something rather overdone in the kitchen. Finally, the tables are far, far too close. It felt incredibly cramped and I felt like the couple at the next table had joined us for dinner. Again, lovely staff, and with some tweaking, could be a much nicer place.

Outstanding restaurant!!! The food was absolutely amazing, cooked perfectly and tasted amazing. I went for the sizzling house special and highly recommend it.The Bombay potatoes were also very nice. The restaurant is small but very nice and clean with a good atmosphere. Staff are very friendly and prices are good for London. I don't don't work these ways very often but the next time I am I will definitely come back 👌🏻

There's not much to say. It's excellent food. Excellent service and the owner really loves and cares about his customers.This is the only place I go for good authentic Bengali cuisine. The rest are just mundane

Not been here before. Was very impressed.The restaurant is nicely decorated.The staff are all very friendly and helpful.The food was really good. Everything was freshly cooked. Their spice level is a bit mild for me but perfect for my wife.This is the best Indian I have been to in this area.

When it comes to a good spice and flavour The Popadom Asian cuisines delivered a rich and tasty curry. I would definitely recommend. Just tell the waiter your preferences. You won’t be disappointed.

Our relative brought us to have an Indian cuisine dinner here. The food is quite nice. The environment is cosy and the staff here is quite attentive and helpful. Likes the poppadom, the grilled goat cheese and grilled prawn (can’t recall the dishes name) here
