First time here in this pub & area. Lovely building and welcoming staff. Management were fantastic. Toilets were clean and tidy.If your in the area i recommend.

Amazing experience, tried the haddock and chips and it was amazing. great selection of cocktails 2 for £10. staff were friendly will be coming again soin!

I came here with my family today. The staff were very friendly and helped us find a table next to the fireplace. The pub asthetic is very cosy and has a nice homely feel to it. The food and drink is amazingly well priced and tastes great too. The ribeye steak I ate was the best I remember eating in a long time! I will come again and recommend to all. 5/5.

Cozy nice place. Food was not the best, ham was absolutely salty, My 8oz rump steak was 8oz rump steak, the side dishes of both main courses… you can judge the pic. Starters: I thought I order “king prawns”, they were not good, I attached video, six small shrimps with a sauce that had no flavor + two pieces of BREAD! 2nd starter was calamari/squid full covered in bread butter, very oily. The bartender was kind and welcoming, prices are above average.

Great spot to end a days work and chill during a day away from wife lol.I went back the day after and actually did some office work in the Pub.work away from work.great lunch on both days and good wifi signal. Will be back next week.

If the answer's yes then look no further!..Here we have a beautiful, cosy pub that has a menu nearly as large as itself, serving very tasty, perfectly cooked to order food..Plenty of indoor & outdoor seating, couple of fireplaces and music lightly playing in the background.. dogs are also welcome & the pub also offers baby booster seats..Customer service was a pleasure, felt very welcomed and served with a smile..5* Would recommend on overall experience 👍🏼

Awful Food quality and presentation. This was a place we used to come to and really enjoyed. Unfortunately on our last visit, we faced awful food quality. Our waitress was nice, however the chef was awful, the steak we ordered was medium rare, but came completely rare, the avocado on the salad was rotten, as seen below, and still served like it was normal!! The buttermilk chicken was cooked from frozen and tastless. The manager didnt have anything to say, or do. Not sure this is how you’re supposed to run an establishment. The point of having a pub meal is for it’s wholesomeness and tastefullness. Apart from the Nachos, this whole experience was missing. Very sad and dissapointing.

Some good friends and I had our Christmas evening out here and our party of 7 all enjoyed a 3 course festive menu. The food was lovely and better than expected. The service was brilliant and we could not speak more highly of the member of staff that looked after our table. Ashleigh went out of her way to ensure we all enjoyed our evening there. Would definitely recommend.

Amazing experience, great services! Arrived with my friend and firstly ordered drinks but shortly we decided that want to stay more so we checked the food menu as well.Both of the starters and the main courses were tasty and freshly made.I saw that they cleaned the menus with sanitizer and they keep the social-distance-rule so you can feel yourself really comfy during this covid- period.I heard the manager's name, Victor. I did see that he could managing the staff and the guests very gently so higly recommend that place!See you next time guys,XxNicole

Visited this pub during tier 2 restrictions - we liked the ample parking onsite, the log fires and the generous serving sizes. My favourite was the dessert - a good variety in the menu plus the option of a tea/coffee + mini pud option which I opted for - the chocolate brownie was absolutely delicious, very rich, served warm with ice cream. There is an app for the online menu which we could not get to work - there is also the option of a physical menu with table service. We also really liked the range of eating options - there is a vegetarian/ vegan menu and a kids menu as well as the more standard omnivore fare.
