One particular staff member was so so rude I’m surprised she even has a job still. The coffee was absolutely terrible and cost £3.60 which is more expensive than central london prices. Not expecting barista masterpiece but if you’re gonna charge the earth could make it enjoyable. Pastries looked like a good selection but didn’t want to give my money to someone who thinks it’s ok to be that rude to a customer.

Poor! Food was really bad ordered a BLT... baguette was out of bag that needs cooking in oven and was undercooked or not even cooked! One half of baguette had green tomato in it and other half had old peice of salad that looked like spinach and was going bad with brown edges and drying or of going off!! Basically a bacon baguette with no lettuce and hardly any tomato and all to poor under ripe or under cooked food!!Coffee was nice but food was over priced and poor quality wont be ordering again!!!

Poor staffing, dirty and run-down. We were ripped off 3xCoffees and a single scoop of ice-cream cost £14. I have attached a photo as evidence. We will not go back.

Prices are fairly steep for what you get, be wary of the grill stand outside as the prices can be more expensive than then the same products sold in the main cafe. Otherwise, it is a nice location with a good selection of products, but too expensive.

Large varied menu and reasonably priced. Good selection of cakes on display inside. Lots of outdoor seating. Some items not available due to the extended Bank holidays. Friendly service.

Nice location. Staff were not overly friendly. Coffee was £3.00 for a cappuccino and then they charged an extra 60p for oat milk and when drinking it realised it was a single shot of coffee - for £3! Cakes looked nice.Disappointed as location is perfect for that mid dog walk stop and they’re dog friendly. Just felt over priced for mediocre coffee.

Very poor quality food at a very expensive cost.No vegan food what so ever - even asked the staff and they seemed confused by what vegan food is??If you have any allergies do not come here - they won’t have a clue.Shocked to discover they only have 1 out of 5 star rating for food hygiene!!Why do they have a fake 4 star sticker on the window????

I have been calling in here for at least the last 10 years or so, for refreshments, usually when I'm enjoying a long walk. Over the years the staff have changed, the snacks and drinks too, to some extent. However, I can always rely on enjoying a really good cup of non instant coffee, or good strong tea. Usually accompanied by one of their tempting cakes or pastries. They have an irresistible range of soft ice cream flavours too. You can enjoy sandwiches, salads and light snacks. There is seating inside and out. It is rightly popular with dog owners who can sit with their pets outside. Lots of regulars. Despite staff changes from time to time I have always found staff to be friendly, patient and helpful. Good place to go with children too.

It's a shame because it could be a lovely cafe but it's awfully run-down. The bins were overflowing when it wasn't even a busy time (and none for recyling), very over-priced for basic food and the staff were not even trying to be nice. Bird mess all over the tables was not cleaned and they were even doing it on our food, yum! 🐦💩

I was in shock when I went to meet friends in the cafe. One of the dirty and unhygienic place. Also not safe walking around. Full off bins in the garden side they smell and no need for them. Inside the cafe lots of boxes. I don't understand how the council does allow them run the cafe. I dare to see the kitchen. I was very hungry and I ordered something simple sandwich. Tomato, Avacado and mozzarella. It was horrible. They did not use Avacado. Paid for £6.50 for it. It was not worth at all.
