Whitewebbs House in Enfield

I’ve been meaning to write a review since Xmas. I’ve been in twice since then and keep forgetting but after my meal today I feel I must say that Alex always welcomes my wife and I with genuine pleasure and the rest of her staff are hard working and lovely.

First visit to this venue. The building it's housed in is rather old and starting to feel a bit run down- there was a bit of ceiling in the room we were seated in that looked rather unsafe. The food was decent, dessert was nice, top class yorkies. Prices pretty good. The waitress we had was brilliant (think her name was Leanne?) Lovely, helpful and efficient - best part of the meal and makes a massive difference to the experience. We had a bad beer and this was quickly changed with no question.Toilets clean but no soap in dispensers, so losing marks for that. Overall pretty good, thanks!

I visited with my disabled mother and family, the staff were very accomodating and friendly. The food was really nice and we had plenty of space even though it was busy there. Such a nice place to visit and made greater by the staffs friendly and personal attitudes. Thank you once again.

I like the Toby at Whitewebbs. Most of the staff are really friendly. The food varies. Sometimes it's better than others. The seating area is very nice with lovely views. It's great in the summer too. I do highly recommend.

Lovely fresh beef, crunchy outside, soft inside roast potatoes.... Sweet carrots,..tasty cabbage... Delicious mashed swede... Tip,.. Use the gravy from the braised onions on the veg,... And the proper beef gravy on your meat... All in all yummy 😋😋

The staff were very efficient and polite. Being able to choose your own vegetables and roast potatoes again was a lot better than when the staff had to serve you at your table. Everything went well and was enjoyable.

Lovely place located within a forest. Was pretty magical to find out about it. Nice staff, Good selection, and atmosphere. A star down as the place could use some update, kind of stuck 30 years ago.

Went there for a meal with eleven of us. Really liked the driveway leading to the venue. It was dark outside and the road was well lit. The surface of the road was a little rough. We went for the food and I have to say it didn't disappoint. All the food was perfectly cooked. You can refill your soft drinks as many times as you want. We had dessert too. We had a 50% off voucher, so that was handy. The bill came to just over £100, which was great for 11 people. Definitely go there again

An enjoyable family meal in a place of historical memories for us all. Hearty home cooked Sunday roast dinner selection, catered to meet all our taste buds desires. Pleasant atmosphere and friendly staff who were able to ensure our table was accessible for those with a disability.Was disappointed the vegetable selection was undercooked, but overall meal was nice. Great portion sizes and food is fresh. I would highly recommend having a festive dessert. We all had a different dessert each really nice 😋 .

We arrived at 8:30pm after my better half booked a table without being told the kitchen closes at 9pm and the bar at 10pm, note this if you are going for a late booking. Food was nice but because we were there at the end of the night the roast potato was dry and hard. Would I go again? Mmmm yes I would but perhaps in the afternoon when the food is served fresh. The only reason I gave it a 4 star is that we were rushed through desert and even with the lovely message etched into my profiteroles by my better half - I barely got to finish before we were told by the manager it was time to go!
