I ordered a takeaway from Atlantic Bbq who l order from them all the time. so again placed an order though Uber eats who then delivered to the wrong address then they call and said it’s been delivered and told me to walk down the street get my order from behind the bin, really are you serious!The driver was very rude so l call Atlantic to be told it’s down to Uber not them and there’s nothing they can do.Very unprofessional and unfortunately I will not be ordering from them anymoreBe careful when you order onlineWhat a joke….

Always excellent haddock and chips. Been coming here for over 35 years. Consistently good. Friendly staff make you feel welcome.

Very polite and friendly staff. I always go for a chicken shish wrap with salad and chilli sauce. Plus a bag of chips. Yummy! They deliver when I am feeling particularly lazy.

I have lived around the area and used this chip shop on and off for over 10 year. No longer will I buy anything but chips from here.I bought two savaloi's that were going off. They were completely tasteless. My partner tried and refused to eat any more and my dad took one look at then and knew they were off. They were grey inside. I took them back to the shop and demanded my money back.I took a picture to upload but deleted it to make room for storage,take my word and just dont go here. Take an extra 10 mins to pay for actual food.

Visited yesterday. Just wanted a small portion of chips. £2.00.They don't offer anything for the OAP who only want a handful of chips.Paid the £2.00Got home and the chios were soggy and horrible. As if they were not fried in hot Oil.The oil also seemed tainted, maybe even unchanged.The chips were inedible. Not even an extra fee shots of salt and vinegar could fix them.I almost feel like taking them back to them. Why should I stick their food in my own bin?Total waste of money. Sooner have put £2.00 in a Charity box had I known.Their attitude isn't too good either.If you have the option to buy chips. Don't buy from here. Worth going to Eltham high street and buying from The Eltham Grill.

Hard to say but this is the true.I think the oil in the fryer has not been changed for at least two weeks,the fish is soaked in oil and has a strange smell.As well as potatoes, it's like bomb for our health. We get rid of Covid but we will get sick becouse of these owners who during this period take advantage of us to get rich.I'm very disappointed about this shop.And their politeness is false. I work in this field and I rely on what I say.Thank you.👎

I’ve had kebab from here for over a decade. The staff are the friendliest you’ll find. The food is cooked with great care and never fails to taste amazing. Thanks guys!

This used to be a very nice place to order food from - couldn't do enough for you, lovely fresh fish cooked to order. Must have changed hands recently as the staff are now sadly very confrontational and rude - tried to get me to buy fish already cooked that didn't look up to scratch and became hostile when I asked for fresh fish to be cooked - a big shame as I have been a regular customer for nearly 30 years at this chip shop and I'm afraid customer service is the key - your customer is your business and don't ever forget that, word spreads good or bad and you are loosing the reputation built up for years, need to find a new one now! Should have been polite and served me what I asked for without the rudeness guys!

Man on the phone was good, food good little salty but I didn’t mind, chilli sauce good, garlic sauce good, chips tasted ok looked not good lol. Meat bang bang, kofte I usually hate but I ate this one! Would recommend!!
