In case you would like to taste the worst pizza ever look no further. Absolutely disgusting and unappetising. It has nothing to do with Italian restaurant and quality and I would choose expired microwaved tesco value pizza over this any time.PS: Regarding your reply below NO we did NOT managed to exchange anything. We were not interested in wasting more time. We just left quietly discussed and dissatisfied.

After reading the previous comments I really was really unsure, but i do like to have my own opinion on places and I'm glad I did!5 of us went here after my sons University graduation for a celebratory meal. We had starters, main, and dessert and we enjoyed every bit of it 😋 The staff was very friendly and welcoming 👍🏻 Thank you so much we will definitely be going back 😀.

Lovely food, customer service was good, it was busy so expected a bit of a wait for the food but it came out quite quickly 👍. Near Waterloo so great for travellers visiting London, couldn't get a restaurant near where we'd visited, so thought we'd eat near our departure station. Great find, will definitely eat there again x

After seeing reviews about this place I was very apprehensive, But we all had a lovely night, Food was lovely no complaints, Staff so friendly and the atmosphere was very nice, I was expecting a high bill but was very reasonable for what we had, I would go again

Came here for a few drinks before a meal - it was pretty quiet. Place looks amazing and has a great vibe but the service was below average. Staff seemed to be gathered at the back gass-bagging & paid little attention to us. I would say almost a slight attitude when serving us which was a bit odd considering we were only there for a few drinks. £7.50 for cocktails - not too bad but all bar one sell the same drinks for £6.50!! Poor for what you would expect in Waterloo. I wouldn’t come back here.

I’m sorry to give one star review given the staffs’ services were not bad at all but I have to since everything else was horrible. The place is awfully noisy inside due to train passing above (or super close by) - you can feel not only the noise but also the shake/vibration from trains as well. Also the place smells quite weird. Food was very disappointing, we had a seafood risotto which was terribly bland and you can clearly tell the seafoods were not fresh at all (Squids were particularly bad). Wines were quite disappointing as well.

First time dinning at Azzurro and the experience was okay. The restaurant is quite nice inside and outside. The location is very convenient as it’s next to the station. The service was alright, not the best, not the worst. The starters (prawn cocktail and bruschetta funghi) was really good but the main disappointed us as lot. The pasta with fish was extremely spicy and there were just some pieces of prawns, the rest was blend spicy pasta. The ‘carbonara’ I don’t even want to call it like that because that was definitely not a real Carbonara. They used bacon instead of guanciale, not even pancetta, the sauce was blend cream and the pasta was a bit chewy. Overall if it was only for the pasta, I would’ve rated 1 but the starters were good.Another very weird and not very professional thing was that they don’t have any ashtrays so if you smoke you just have to throw it on the floor ! Disappointed !

the one thing that these two dishes don't share with (possibly expired) canned or frozen food is the price. 23 pound for two drinks plus these. Sticky table and unfriendly service. AVOID at all cost !

I rarely give an only star review.. but this place really deserves it!! The service was fine and actually was the only decent side... but the food was quite bad! The olives we took as a starter had a weird taste and the “antipasto” we took was quite mediocre. A bag of mixed salami from a cheap deal on a basic supermarket would have tasted (and looked) better. And then the salad as a main course.. what to say! All green salad with a bit of the other ingredients on top that tasted of nothing. Quite a disappointing evening. We left to get a dessert somewhere else. Guess they rely on the fact of a convenient location.
