It was okay. Had a couple of self service kiosks there as well as tills too but also a decent amount of seats in the restaurant too. Food was okay, but a little bit pricey.

Ordered double whooper meal, meat patty was luke warm and dry, burger bun was crumpling in my hand tasted old and dry, the whole thing had no flavour of anything, no seasoning just bland, over all BK standards have dropped.

Placed an order on the app and asked my son to collect my order as I was experiencing symptoms of Covid. My 14yrs son was left waiting in store for 30mins and they refused to hand over my food stating several times that they were âgetting the order readyâ. As I was parked opposite the store I witnessed several other people going into the store after my son and coming out with their food.I called the store no answer, called my sons mobile and requested he put the phone on loud speaker so I could talk to one of the staff. As I was on the phone I could hear my son approaching the counter and attempting to get their attention several times and being ignored by the staff. I had no choice but to go into the store, I asked the staff why they refused to hand over the food and they gave absolutely no reason. I explained that I was sick and gave my son a screenshot of my receipt to pick my food up. I requested to know why they refused to hand over the food even though he had proof that the food had been paid for. I believe that the staff at this store racially profiled my under age child and assumed he was there to steal someone elseâs order even though he had proof of the receipt of the order he was there to collect.

We did an academic project with a friend analysing how customer support treats people with speech impediments.It is quite unfortunate that the lady on the phone has been hanging up the calls when we pretended to call in as someone who is disabled, under the assumption that this was a prank call as theyâre getting âa lot of themâ.If management sees this, then please educate your staff on handling disabled customers. We find it highly unacceptable that a large brand such as Burger King does not provide any training on this!

Absolutely disgusting staff here are rude, slow, ignorant and very argumentative. Waited 20mins to place an order then had to wait a further 25minutes for the food which was cold and when telling the manager he didn't even care. The place was dirty no one was clearing up unless told to by a customer.....

Ate here twice. Both times no napkins or sauces in the bag. Have to go up to the counter and ask. Come on, I shouldnât have to ask. These things should already be known. Service could be a bit quicker, too. Food otherwise is good and fresh.

Food fresh, hot and tasty. Restaurant itself is very dirty, no one wiping down tables brushing floors etc. Makes you wonder what the kitchen is like.

Staff don't know what they are doing, clearly on the menu it says comes with 3 free dip, the staff insisted that's not the case, and I had to pay for the dips, back and forth 3 times I even had to point out the menu to show her, and she still doesn't understand it.Luckily the manager came to the rescue. Also super slow service for a fast food restaurant.

Wouldâve rated this place lower than one star but not possible. Place was kept untidy, split drinks all over the floor. You could tell there was no one wiping the tables for at least 2 hours with how dirty they were. I normally like Burger King but the burger was absolutely disgusting!! Literally tasted like it was gone off đ€źRude staff and manger was terrible. Avoid this place, donât give them your money or time.

PLEASE AVOID Burger King in Greenwich London (SE10) ïŒWe ordered a delivery from Burger King today, i found moldy bread was used to make burger which is unbelievable. There is no quality control at all.I only realized the moldy bread when i started eatting, while my 7years old son already finished his Burger. Now i m a bit worried as he might had moldy bread.
