Cheap ice cream and lousy service. Only came here because the line at Dark Sugars was super long and this place is cheaper. But it’s cheaper with no line for a reason. Worth waiting in line at Dark Sugars for significantly better quality.

This store is horrendous. The customer service was absolutely appalling. This dessert shop is an absolute joke. There's nothing they had no ice cream machine working and unable to provide alternative desserts. The staff were rude and uninterested I would strongly recommend you do not attend this place otherwise you'll be disappointed. They were clearly not prepared for the Jubilee weekend.

Such a bad experience I had with my boyfriend. Workers doesn’t pay attention what you saying to them. We told one of the girl to do takeaway and she throw it leftover and later on no refund or no remake of that order although that was her mistake. Never recommend this place to anyone.

Went here after Bill's had sold out of most of their desserts.Very impressed with size and quality of banoffee crepe and black forest cheesecake. Nice range of ice cream flavours, toppings and sauces. Very nice coffee too and prices not too bad

I went to kaspas after a long day in Uni excited to eat some chocolate goodness. Instead I got there to someone doing my crepe 3 TIMES and still got my crepe raw and eggy. Very sad times. I just wanted to eat a good crepe.

Nice place for you to have a meal at any time of the day. Good environment for your family meals.The staffs are friendly, nice varieties of options available to choose from. Likewise there is this homely feelings to the place.The place is also at the centre of the Town, close to various bus routes.Good place to relax with friends and family. Friendly staff, easy assess to the city via buses, train and road network. You also have assess to the local communities and shops.
