I have recently visited this shop as one of my friends had recommended it for me. Unfortunately the staff was not welcoming, seemed not to understand what I was looking for, was rude when trying to tell me what they had and trying to make me buy the most expensive version of the coffee. It's a really shame for a shop in High Street to have such rude and unfriendly staff.

The customer care has gone downhill in recent months. The staff used to be helpful, polite and well organised. Now, some of the staff are rude to customers and the service is patchy. Such as shame because the drinks and food are still good as far as I know. They urgently need new management to show them how to behave before they lose customers.

Very tasty and fresh tasting food with terrific service and really friendly staff, you can tell the team work together well making for a really nice atmosphere. The falafels are a must try here, they have a lovely home cooked and fresh taste and texture to them. A good size and varied menu selection with good prices and portion sizes. Will definitely come here again for their burgers as they looked pretty damn good when being brought to another table!

Not going to lie, and I have no affiliation with the place, I had the best fry up I have EVER had here last week. Maybe that was a function of my hangover at the time but outstanding, nevertheless. No idea how the rest of their food stacks up, but breakfast to die for...

We've been coming here for at least 7 years. Food is always good. They have an extensive and interesting menu so you'll always find something you like. Following lockdown it was nice to have the option to sit outside. It's always busy, which is a good sign.

Great reopening after the latest lockdown, the restaurant is always packed so book if you want to ensure your spot. One meal with burger, fries and soft drink was 11£ and the quality and presentation really felt like an upscale restaurant, so it's totally worth the price. Service was great, the waiters were kind and quick.
