Domino's Pizza in Greenwich

They don’t even deserve a star, worst service ever, i been a customer for a year and every time I order they take an hour and a half to deliver the food, plus it comes cold. And I live 10 minutes away from the store. RIDICOLOUS.

if it's after 10pm, don't bother.they pushed our order later and later. they were incredibly rude on the phone.it's now an hour and a half late - no sign of any food showing up and the store phone just rings out.i'm convinced everybody's gone home and we're never going to get our food. would have been good to know when the shops were still open.terrible service, terrible manner, will be pushing for a full refund at least.(though i imagine even that may be a challenge)*edit - never got the pizza

More misses than hits. I live within a short distance of this Dominos and it really is a lottery each time you order. On the odd occasion I’ll get a hot, presentable pizza. The vast majority of the time it’s either cold due to the driver handling multiple deliveries or misshapen due to the battering it took being carried. Their delivery drivers also conveniently never use the tracker so you have no way of knowing where your pizza is or when it will turn up.

Shocking service. Nearly 2 1/2 hours wait, app has all the wrong info, staff rude when we called to check. If it's a long wait fine, just provide that info upfront and we'd go elsewhere.

Awful service. Tried three separate attempts to give this place a chance over the course of three months. Never received a pizza. Why bother taking your order, telling you it’s on its way repeatedly when it clearly is never going to arrive. Someone is either getting a lot of complimentary pizza or the driver is eating it. Where does it go? Tonight we ordered at 6pm called at 7pm then again at 7.30pm when they said it had been delivered. Oh not received it? We’ll send you a new one. That didn’t arrive at 8.30pm either. Gave up. Three strikes and you are out.

Terrible service. Never ordering from here again. Ordered through the app. Got my pizza over an hour later and cold. I tried contacting them 3-4 times. Got mislead the whole time by their team. Deleted the app as well.

The most inefficient and not customer friendly at all. Please avoid using this Dominos.Based on my numerous bad experiences, I am leaving this review.A few times, extra toppings were missed (I was charged for the toppings but pizza didn’t contain them), after calling the centre to report it, there was no any apologetic response from the team and all they said was, they’ll let the team know (no refund or anything).Another time, it was more than 1.5 hour and when I called to check the status, I was told to wait until however long it takes to receive the pizza. To add to that I received a half baked pizza after 1 hour 40 mins. Ridiculous service.#worstcustomerexperience

Ordered from this store one for the first time and had awful experience. First they sent me the wrong order. I immediately called the store. The lady I spoke to said she can't do anything and they are busy so can't send me the correct order. Then she hung up on me. I called again and asked for refund. She said she would get back once the Manager is back. This place is garbage.I ordered two pizzas.40 minutes later, my pizzas arrive and one is burnt.I called up and they say they'll send a replacement.45 minutes later there's still no pizza. I call up and they said the replacement order was never processed, but they'll have a pizza to me in 20 minutes.35 minutes later and still no pizza. I call up again, and they say the pizza is on it's way. It's two hours now since I placed my original order and all I have is a cold, burnt pizza. I ask for a refund.25 minutes later, another burnt pizza arrives at my door...What an absolute joke.
