Guy on the phone is absolutely rude, has no idea what customer service is! They’ve gotten my order wrong numerous times and shown attitude to me on top of that when I’ve called up. I made a mistake ordering on just eat so called back within minutes to explain, once again he was very rude on the phone telling me that he couldn’t change my order as it was already in the oven and would be out for delivery in 5 min, my mistake so fine but food arrived stone cold. Stay away from this place! Your better off paying a few pounds more and ordering from somewhere else.

Amazing pizzas very delicious. All ingriends are fresh and the pizza dough is made freshly . Very friendly staff .5 stars.

Best place for chips, don't believe that guy. These guys are humble, polite and very hygienic. That Shakeel Sabar guy was rude, disrespectful to the staff. He tries to make the staff look bad in the video, when he has been insulting and degrading them beforehand then tries to paint himself as a victim. The guy is trying to get famous though viral media, at the expense of the workers. I hope the shop presses charges against this guy.

Been going to this place since early 2000s, it is one of the most iconic places in Nottingham, particularly for pizzas.in regards to recent video, i wonder if he is going to spot check other take aways for wearing gloves (which is not required by law).

Elpasso has been running the takeaway scene since the early 2000s, always the go to place. Some of the best pizzas in Nottingham. shakeel sabar had to wait half an hour for his order (on a Friday night) and then started acting like a kid trying to give the place a bad name on video. The guy was a regular customer there and never had a problem with it before. In that video he’s only showing the real side of himself, which he doesn’t realise. Its not the first takeaway he’s done this to and I’m sure it won’t be the last, so all takeaways and restaurants in Nottingham need to keep an eye out on this wannabe TikTok famous guy.

One of best take aways in Nottingham.Shakeel Sabar... If u weren't happy then don't use them. Why u making video's and trying to get other people to stop going there. You think people are gonna stop using one of the best take aways in Notts because YOU said so?I've seen your video...You can't even get the name of the take away right. If you wanted free food you should have just asked them nicely instead of playing your games and hoping they give you a free pizza.

I have been getting food from this place for many years well over 20 years never had a problem alway good food best pizza some people that are trying to get famous on tik tok trying to bring elpasso down shame on you

Everyone please avoid this takeaway no food hygiene they don't use gloves at all. They shaking hands 🤝 with others smoking 🚬 cigarette taking cash from other people.Answered phone call with same ✋. Dirty people.. I have video in phone. I'll pass it over to Nottingham City Council.

Great place to get pizza from and grilled food ,I was driving through Nottingham and was proper hungry, found the person making the food really respectfull and helpful,I will definitely come back one day and buy there delicious pizza 🍕....Thanks guys

Not happy at all with the food and service that I have received. First of all when the pizzas was delivered to me 1 of the pizzas toppings were wrong which they have obviously got wrong themselves , so I called them up to complain and after going round in circles he said he would send out another one, which I thought was a good will gesture as they got the order wrong. 20 minutes later I get a call from them saying they want the wrong pizza back when they deliver the other one. Which restaurant/take away will take back food which they have delivered especially during COVID-19? I had already given my cats the chicken as otherwise the pizza would have gone to waste. Then on the phone he says you shouldn’t have fed it to them as they want the pizza back, which he didn’t tell me in the first call when I phoned to complain. Never ordering food from here again! I have always ordered pizza from here, but with this customer service, Never again.
