Elements at the Novotel London Greenwich in Greenwich

Friendly service, great Breakfast, AC worked and I slept well, but floors look kind of ugly because of many spots and traces of wear. Everything just looks like it is old. In general the room itself was clean but the sink had many large lime deposits/crusts which were simply not have been cleaned up for a long time. Also made contact with some silverfish at the toilet

Amenities in the room are pretty workable, with corners being cut here and there, but i had to post this review when the toilet stopped working. The toilet wasn't flushing, and i told the reception about it, but they asked me to close the washroom door and that there is no staff in the hotel in Sarurday , and that they can only get the issue resolved by next morning. How pathetic is that? Its very basic service that needs to be provided.Is this the service for which i paid 250$/night?

Room tired, stained carpet. Booked a twin but were given a double. Bathroom didn't have a proper door, just a wierd shutter set up. Also separate loo with no sink! Not great. No staff to man the bar in the evening which upset some residents. Breakfast was excellent, lovely settings good service, good food. Great location for DLR. 45 minute walk to O2. Bus stop outside, change at maritime museum for O2.

Lovely hotel very close to all the sights of Greenwich. Really helpful staff who allowed us to check in early which was a huge bonus as we only had one day to attend the O2 which is easily reached by boat from just down the road, or bus which is even closer. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Not right in the middle of Greenwich, but close enough to be able to walk to everything. Right next to the station, which is a plus. Small and poky family room, far too hot at night to sleep comfortably, but impeccably clean and a lovely breakfast in the morning. Staff were fantastic, very attentive and professional, and catered to every request. Very happy overall with our stay.

Not far from the train station, underground parking (first come basis @ £21 per night). Rooms tidy. Air conditioning not brilliant. Shower has a temperature of it own. But you only sleep here at night. Overall not bad for the London price range.

Booked room via Ticketmaster for a show at The O2. Hotel is not particularly handy for the venue, 25 minutes by transport and almost an hours walk.Room clean and neat but very cramped. Electronic keys failed 4 times, resulting in multiple trips back to Reception late at night. Breakfast room cold and waited over an hour for food to arrive, although the food was fine when it arrived.Not a great hotel experience, but passable.

A very poor Novotel (genuinely not even 2-star). Carpet in the room was stained in dozens of places and most of the furniture was damaged in some way. A good bed, though and the soundproofed windows worked well (useful as many rooms overlook train tracks). I saw another room on a different floor and the issues were the same. The location is good but try somewhere else if staying in the Greenwich area.

We stayed one night for a company do. Room is a reasonable size, comfortable and clean. Slept well and had a good nights sleep. Staff friendly and attentive, although the receptionist this morning was not very friendly or concerned when I asked if the jacket I had left downstairs in the bar had been handed in! Parking is secure, but tight and limited and costs £20 odd pounds a night. Overall a good hotel.

Amazing customer service! on-time delivery of food and services.A special thanks to Jemima at reception in helping to sort out a way to store my luggage even after my check-out date. Also, a week later, after checking-out the room, I requested for a bill for which they were absolutely happy and ready to provide it. Thanks again Team - Novotel, Greenwich. Really enjoyed my stay.
