As always lovely reception and ambiance at the O2. Great service, food and drinks. We visit this place any time we come to the O2 for a concert and they always manage to accommodate us, no matter how busy they may be. The waiters really know their stuff when it comes to describing the various cuts of meat and types of wines available.

Liked the food, service, staff and ambience.I had ordered 2 burgers and a grilled chicken breast. The portion size of the chicken was a bit small for £30... Otherwise it was fine.Feedback : could do with table covers and not just napkins, better design cutlery to increase the premium feel...

Came here to celebrate a 75th Birthday party.... very polite and friendly staff. Very accommodating of our group they also helped to present our own cake in a perfectly timed way. I will definitely come back. Food was amazing too, I will definitely return.

Had medium rare steak for the first time, it was surprisingly lovely, well cooked. Staff were pleasant. It was cosy and relaxing environment.

Popped in today to try there Sunday lunch and what a pleasure it was! Both there roast dinner options were delicious and excellent value, the never-ending-roast dinner was amazing .........Staff always great here.Coat £9 to park in o2 car parkBack open and back to its best!Started evening with drinks at the ground floor bar where staff was polite and professional serving excellent cocktails and draft larger now. Then off to the elevator to the 1st floor for our meal. The steaks here are definitely some of the best around, your not even given a steak knife here as you don't need one because its so tender! Meats full of flavour cooked perfectly. I can personally recommend the gaucho sampler, 4 different cuts of meat. All which tasted amazing. Also the Tira de Ancho is very good plus the vegetable sides are packed with flavour!I found prices average for meat of this quality. As for the sides we found you get plenty of delicious chips but others like the mash and mac & cheese are quite small.Staff in the restaurant was polite, attentive and professional.

So I have to say with the service here that was delivered by the lovely lady that served us..... Patricia was brilliant I felt proper at home and my mate does know his way around Good Food so we discussed and decided to have the chateaubriand very beautiful cuts of meat that I've never had the pleasure to eat before but boy did I enjoy we had a béarnaise sauce and buttered salad, chips which were taken off the bill for the following, my mate thought they were frozen I said no I don't think they are frozen but I did think there was something not right we were told that the chips were stored in the water....... and for wine, we had a bottle of Spy Valley envoy pinot noir was quite nice indeed I think we also had a couple of rounds of Tanquerey and tonics so it's relaxed and chilled I wasn't dressed to impress and it was nice. so anyway during our time there both we use the facilities and number of times on my second trip I come to realise that the cubicle was locked however there was no one in it, so I asked duty manager what was that about, so I got back to the table and had my dessert which ones with my favourite sticky toffee with butterscotch bonbon on my third trip back I bumped into the duty manager who happened to come out of the very said cubicle he saw me and while the shakes his hands in the air, saying "it's is not flushing" good customer service in my book you got back to me..... Regardless if it is crass but to me, that shows dedication, I would be happy to eat here again

We were in London for the London Marathon and stopped in for some food. Heard good things about Gaucho so was looking forward to a good meal.Overall the food was nice and the staff well presented and friendly. We went in the daytime on a Friday so it was very quiet. Facilities clean and a separate changing room for babies is great.Steak was tasty and cooked just how I like it.

Went there for brunch on a Saturday. Our server was Tomaso and he was absolutely brilliant! Made sure we had our drinks topped up (water and cocktails) and our food was ordered. I truly enjoyed not having to order our food on an app and having such a professional and wonderful server as Tomaso!!!

Where do I start. We return to Gauchos annually to enjoy the "Gaucho" experience and good food. Unfortunately for us a lot has changed which was noticeable upon entry. The usual meet and greet from the concierge is gone. Not a big deal but I've always felt it was a part of the experience. We was rushed to our table and were gifted with the loudest waiter I've ever been served by. I didn't understand why she was shouting when we were less than 2 metres apart. Next up was the menu which has a few minor changes. The mushroom side has changed and is not acceptable anymore in my honest opinion. Mac and cheese is ridiculous and not worth the money either. The steak, fries and steamed vegetables were superb but that is not enough to save our experience from being lackluster. Such a shame seeing as this is our 6th time back in Gauchos which will seemingly be our last as we have decided to seek out another steak house which satisfies our expectations. This is solely my opinion and Gauchos is still great for anyone who hasn't visited your restaurants before. I will recommend your restaurant as my past experiences have been outstanding. Regardless my Gauchos journey is over after for now after so many years and I'm things improve if I ever return.

Was a little disappointed with the overall ‘Gaucho’ experience this visit. Bread is no longer served as a courtesy (now chargeable). My steak was lovely but the side dishes were really underwhelming. The Mac and cheese was tasteless and very fluid and the oyster mushrooms were very tough, hard to cut and on the verge of being inedible (I sent the mushrooms back and ordered steamed green vegetables instead). Dessert was also disappointing, it was TINY. It’s a shame as I was really looking forward to enjoying my meal as I had visited this branch previously around 2 years ago and would’ve given a 5 star rating back then.
