Nice food but very expensive. Most staff were very pleasant

We were seated by an arrogant man in a suit, no smile for the whole of our visit, (long hours maybe I understand), ordered a steak and a burger with fries and took 50 minutes, the man that took our order was rushing us for drinks. No customer care at all, my the glasses were dirty, my berry ice tea was flourless, tasted like watered down smoothie. Ordered our stake medium rare and it came medium well to well down, very dry beef. Extremely expensive for horrible quality and bad service.

They charge service charge even if you are served at the bar. Ask them to take it off!Queued for a drink after a concert. Had it not been for 2 ladies infront us noticing it on their bill, we would never have known, but even after queueing to get to the bar and be served drinks, they tried to add a service charge. Be aware. They wont tell you until after you pay. Ask in advance.

Nice place away from the huge crowds at the o2, great service and venue. Would definitely go there again.

My espresso martini was served in this plastic cup. £10, very disappointed.

Ok service, food is really average. We ordered chicken burger and we had Chiken bone inside. Drink is nice

I enjoyed my time here and my steak was really good. Sitting outside on a July evening was surprisingly cool but then the heating was turned on which was ideal. Staff were run off their feet. Value for money was decent.

Good experience. Fast and decent food. The burger was just a regular type but with a nice taste.

Really bad, wont reccomend the place. 4 adults 2 children. Ordered 2 beers 1 pimms 1 apple cider. Instead of the apple cider they brought another apple juice, that they had to change ofc.Ordered 2 starters and 2 mains, they brought 2 starters and 1 main at same time (we asked for it) but the other main didnt come. Waited 20 minutes and went to asked what happend, they didnt know...they told me theyll prepare it (?????) and it would take 10 minutes. After 25 more minutes, they brought my main. 8oz steak with fries. Fries were COLD, steak was really small.... Flavour was good.Had to wait 45 minutes for a main that would never come if i didnt complain. They gave us a discount because of that, instead of paying £64 i paid £61, which is ridiculous.I ended up having my meal alone because i wouldnt force my husband and friends to wait for my dish. The staff was not bad, but it needs someone thats in proper charge and knows whats happening in the restaurant. Its impossible not to see a person is sitting in a table for 6, ALONE and waiting for 40 minutes with no other person of the staff coming and asking whats wrong.Prices are standar, not expensive nor cheap.

NOT GOOD FOR GLUTEN FREE...It's hard to understand what market this Restaurant is aimed at. One assumes the spill over from the O2 who don't want to go to the usual chain restaurants that dominate the area, but it's not clear. It sits underneath the far more salubrious Craft Restaurant and next door to Craft Cafe and offers a very basic menu.Sadly, it doesn't offer anything Gluten Free, so we weren't able to try their food on the occasion we visited, not even having Gluten Free Bread, which I've become accustomed to being a staple in London restaurant these days. The staff were pleasant but not overly efficient. We decided on drinks and sat out in garden which is pleasant enough. The interior too is quite welcoming. It's the kind of place, that's OK, the prices seemed reasonable including for alcohol. If you were heading to the Cable Car, just got off the Thames Clipper or leaving the O2 and the Craft Cafe wasn't open, go... otherwise..
