Han Long, Woolwich in Greenwich

Waited 1hr 10mins. Food arrived lukewarm, the sweet and sour chicken balls literally swimming in oil. We had to dispose of this excess oil in a spare tin, so as not to pour it down the sink.Used to order all the time from Han Long. WILL NOT use them anymore. Would not reccomend

Honestly the best Chinese restaurant in my area. Been going there for years and can’t get enough of they’re salt n pepper chicken pieces !!

Yesterday had some dishes from this "restaurant " and one of them had extra ingredient-black hair . Honestly didn't look at any feedbacks before ordering, but after this just realised I'm one of the few who got present with their food.

Love their food, never waited longer than the time they give

Food is amazing, this is my go to takeaway. The staff are always polite and helpful. The food is always delicious. Delivery is always good. I've been ordering here for years now and wouldn't change to any other takeaway.

I recently happened to pick up food myself from this take-away restaurant and whilst I must say the customer service was nice and the lady behind the counter was friendly. I was left disappointed by what I’ve seen in my food (see picture). I believe this is a part from the stainless scrubber which are used in the kitchen. Frankly, this is a big H&S concern for me, I don’t want to even image what would happen if this gets stuck in my throat.

Well…. At least the food arrived. I didn’t enjoy the food. This order was over 30 minutes late. The pork I recieved looked like it had been sitting around for quite some time, very dry.The curry sauce had a kick to it but had some flavour. Consistency wise it was very thick and gloopy.Duck springroll was very sour, not quite sure why.

Some of the dishes I ordered didn't correspond to the menu description. I ordered stir fried broccoli - instead I got broccoli (not stir fried) + some other vegetables in a horrible sauce. I had ordered roasted duck with vegetables. What I got instead was duck stew with vegetables, again in a horrible sauce. The food did not taste nice because of the horrible sauce. Sorry, but won't be ordering again.

Tried to order through Uber eats and accidentally gave the wrong address. I called them immediately to resolve the mistake as I couldn't cancel the order to correct the address in the app. I was greeted by an unhelpful woman who wasn't interested in providing help and wanted nothing to do with my issue, however by the end of the conversation she had managed to cancel my order for me and blacklist me on uber eats. not impressed...
