Don't get me wrong the restaurant ambiance and deco is great, lovely live band last night for Valentine's day however it is overpriced and very small portions! the fondue is a joke, a very small portion for probably one person definitely not 2! service was great but please do something about the portions are is not worth the very high price tag!

Aylia and Julia were great! The place is honestly such a good time! Definitely more than enough to eat (which isn't often the case with a bottomless brunch!) and they are very good with refilling the drinks! If you like cheese, chocolate and prosecco this is the place for you!

Can’t recommend this place enough, I organised a bottomless brunch for 8 of us to celebrate my birthday and the staff were extremely attentive, helpful and accommodating (one friend couldn’t have the main course as she is lactose intolerant), not strict about the finishing time so we felt very welcome, and very thoughtful because they unexpectedly brought me a sparkler and plate saying happy birthday. The food itself was delicious and free flowing, the fondues in particular exceptional. The ambience was great, had such a good time!

Can’t recommend this place enough, we booked a bottomless brunch for 6 of us to celebrate a family birthday and the staff were extremely attentive and welcoming. We arrived early and were seated at the bar while they got our table ready. They were not strict about the finishing time so we did not feel rushed to complete each course and the birthday girl was presented with a sparkler on a plate saying Happy Birthday in chocolate sauce! The food itself was delicious and free flowing, the cheese fondue was amazing as was the starter and the chocolate fondue for dessert. The ambience was great, had such a good time and we will definitely return!

Nice decor; the mountain feel is there. Most of the staff is pleasant. However, as a Swiss person, do NOT go for their fondue. It is very disappointing. The taste was ok but the texture was not right at all. Bread was too small, sometimes hard to pick. And no surprise but still a let down, extra £2.50 charge for a second basket of bread… Also, potatoes were cooked too soft (!).I would not recommend this place unless you’d like to enjoy a quick cocktail.(Loud music too.)Too pretentious.

Spectacular bottomless brunch experience. Friendly staff. Great venue. All tables full but didn't feel crammed and we could still hear ourselves talk! Sumptuous Sausages with raclette and poached egg, fantastic fondue with bread and potatos, delicious dessert of chocolate fondue with fruit, marshmallows, and Doughnut balls.

Nice service thanks to a lovely waiter and lovely cocktails but the fondue portion was ridiculously small. So much so we had to order a second one. Not good value for money, we won’t go back. Nothing to do with Alpine food i have to say, just an overpriced London restaurant trying hard for a different vibe.

I had an amazing experience, the food is delicious and the drinks are great!!! The staff is very friendly and professional, always ready to help if needed. They also bring a little treat for my birthday and is been an amazing experience that made my birthday memorable.

We came excited to try fondue and other bites only to leave disappointed and underwhelmed by the service and the food. Our issues included:-Waiter getting the fondue details wrong leading us to believe additional items were included-Missing parts of our meal (items listed on our dishes were not brought to the table)-Dirty cutlery and glasses-Our fondue equipment repeated failing (flame kept going out)-We had to repeat our requests for drinks-Getting over charged (added an extra bottle of wine)The food overall was fine but I've had better service at Pizza Hut.Would avoid unless you have very low expectations and money to waste.

Went on Wednesday night, restaurant was not very busy but the service was atrociously slow from start to finish. We waited 30 mins to even get a menu, 45 mins to get our food and the same to have our dessert (and the chocolate fondue turned up cold..). We were there for 3 hours in total for a simple meal out, far from ideal especially with a pregnant wife.Food was nice, although the extra small portion of cheese fondue for £19 is rather shocking. The 3 stars are generous due to the extremely nice manager and staff who apologised for the wait. Would not go back based on this experience.
