Used via Uber app. The delivery service is awful they use their own staff so no vetting and no tracking.If you call and ask where order is they just say it’s leaving now ! every time they miss the delivery time on average by 45mins longest we waited was 2 hours then we went and got meal from restaurant ourselvesFood is good which is why I kept ordering from them but this was the final straw, won’t be ordering from them again as customer service is non existent

Great people, lovely food as always, I have been going here for as long as I can remember and will always go back. Sometimes delivery can take quite long but it is understandable and they are apologetic about it and offers extra bits to make up for a later delivery!

Not going to win any awards but functional, old-school slightly greasy Chinese take away that's alright for pick up orders on the way home from the pub. Avoid like the plague if ordering via UberEats etc - delivery 1h30mins later than the delivery window, leaving some bits of the order (prawn toast) unpleasantly soaked in oil.

I had the rice at a relatives and it tasted nice. After reading the reviews I was a bit unsure but gave it a chance. I ordered fried rice and chicken wings. I did eat fruit before this which may have affected the taste and noticed it was really really salty. I’m not sure how much is put it but I sure could taste it which let the food down. My food was ready in 10 mins. It’s better to ring then collect.

Ordered on Valentines night via Justeat they did not comply with the suggested delivery time which was 45minutes, so we rang to see whats happening they eventually delivered 2hours later! I would not eat or order from this place again as food quality is poor and not as expected in comparison to other chinese take aways.

It's so bad it's not Chinese food. Its something my 5 years old would cook. Its dry and loads of salt.

🤢 Disgusting. I have never left a report on food before. But the chips and curry sauce I bought tonight were awful.The chips were saturated in oil there was no potatoe left in the middle. The curry sauce had no curry taste. Even my children refused to eat the chips they were that bad. I have 2 boys who eat all the time, so the food must have been horrible.I travelled for 30mins to find curry sause and chips especially from Chinese. Its put me off for a long time.

I actually read the reviews before I ordered from here and took no notice of them. I wish I would’ve now, I waited nearly 3 hours for my food, late at night. I called the store 2 hours after waiting and they said they would send someone is 5 minutes and that they would put free prawn crackers in with my food as well as the ones that already came with my order. I then called 45 minutes after and they had disconnected the line so I couldn’t get through. Finally, when I thought I wasn’t going to receive my food, that I had already paid for, it came. We saw the driver eating prawn crackers as he got in and out of his car. When we finally sat down to eat, most of the food was cold. The sweet and sour sauce was disgusting and tasted like vinegar. It really hurt our throats. The chicken was extremely dry and the rice was flavourless. The chips were the worst though, very dry, like cardboard. Also, I didn’t receive the extra prawn crackers that I was told I would be given. My guess is that the driver was eating them. I will NEVER order from here again and I’m gutted that after waiting all of that time I received such poor quality food. I rarely give a bad review even if I wouldn’t recommend the food I just wouldn’t leave a review however this place has earned one. Truly disgusting!!!
