I don’t mind a buffet as it’s economical where you are planning to dine heavy however this place was unhygienic and the food was very bland and flavourless where I had to place copious amounts of chillis to enjoy anything.- The duck wraps had a peculiar watered down minced duck.- The plates and glasses all had smears and the glass we found even had lipstick on it! (Incredibly off putting)- the chocolate fountain had people double dipping with no regard- a great deal of the food is plain pizzas, pastas, uninteresting curries with plenty of carbs to try fill yourself up quick- they did not accept NHS cards (student staff treating patients) despite having done so before. There is no specific policy concerning discounts here and they quite simply denied a relevant discount for NHS workers and the manager seemed to be very worried on the day. If it wasn’t for his abruptness we would have enjoyed the experience.Would not return here again.

Just average food quality. Everything was cold curries, starters , pizza etc only you get fresh nan & noodles. Yes hot plates for cold food. Ambience was nice . Going that far paying 20 pound for parking 2 cars and you think is it really worth it. Of course not. We were 8 people paid around £132 no drinks. It's better to go local restaurant and get fresh food with flavour.

Apart from few things I loved the place. At first, I loved the way the prices are set, it make sense and maintained value for money. I visited during lunchtime on weekdays, number of items were limited, if the price would have been same I would not like that. Still there were a good number of items to browse from. However, custom made products were very limited as the counters were empty most of the time. One of the things were totally unacceptable were they served my Pepsi on a broken glass!! I normally prefer vegetarian options however the offered salad was not of good taste. Most of the items from Indian, Chinese and Japanese cuisine tasted very commercial, didn't feel like restaurant type. The curry and rice were better than others. The dessert section were not very attractive and tasty. Out of all best dishes were Chinese chicken fry, Indian Papadums & chat, Chicken tikka, lamb carry and strawberry cheese cake. Hope you enjoy your meal 😊

Visited on a Saturday evening with a few friends. We had reserved slots, but was of no use - had to wait for around 15 mins to get in. The place was extremely crowded and the tables were placed very close. Service was cold and staff looked tired. I would definitely not blame them considering they were handling an insane amount of customers in comparison. Drinks were very diluted, most of us felt so! There were plenty of birthday celebrations going on, which was fun. Well go there if you want to just eat and nothing else, Else avoid weekends. Ther are lots of better value and less chaotic places near by in my opinion.

Amazing buffet ,so much food to choose from all fresh and tasty.Cakes are very delicious and the self service ice-cream machine was an amazing experience for my child .We went on a Sunday so was really busy but we were seated in less than 3-4 mins (family of 5).Staff are very helpful and nice ! I totally recommend this place

For long I had missed eating at high energy, high intensity kind of a place. Jimmy's is such a great buffet place to get a communal feel of enjoying food. It is not quite a place for candle light enthusiasts :), but if you are keen to feed a family and friends whatever they like, well then bring them here. Be it the Mexican, Chinese, Indian, Thai, or Continental they are after, you can find it all here.A lot of food is cooked live on the stations in front of you adding to the experience. I loved the pizzas and Naans they baked on these stations. So many varieties to try for starters and mains that desserts need a special place to fit in.Service and price is super friendly. Ambience is interesting. Would we be visiting again? You bet!

First time being here with the family, well accommodating customer service is great!The food lovely cooked fresh. Lovely staff behind the counters too. The steak was good, the noodles was lovely great size portions too. The Indian food was ok, but the Chinese section was better.The desserts was small but very filling as it was very flavoursome. The kids section was great too. Chips, chicken also pasta etc.There were several birthday parties and the staff sang happy birthday which was lovely. Drawing up a crowd! Atmosphere was great will definitely be going back.Halal food is served.

Definitely worth going for the evening dinner as more choices than lunchtime.They cook the dosa, stir fry and steak fresh in front of you and is absolutely divine.Starters were unusually low choices today but plenty of quality mains and the desert selection were excellent with halal mango and strawberry cheesecake absolutely amazing

Typical buffet with a strong lean towards traditional Indian food. Not sure what made me visit a buffet, I think I was convinced by my kids who like the experience of serving themselves and eating different foods. Buffets are definitely NOT my choice of dining experiences.Average in my experience, I would definitely NOT highly rate, however it is a budget eatery and would be deemed reasonable for the price you pay, especially if you don't know what you want to eat.I will NOT be returning again, as the experience of other patrons acting like they have never eaten food before is a total put off, why do people pile their plates up so high? I couldn't understand this, do they not understand the concept of going up as many times as you want?People where literally shoveling food into their mouths as quickly as they could, I can't say I have seen anything that compares to this previously.Everything feels sticky to touch, tables and chairs, just feels dirty, even though I saw staff cleaning tables as soon as people left, maybe a deep clean is in need with a steam cleaning device every single night!?It's a difficult one as at the end of the day it is budget buffet, and that in itself comes with its own challenges, however that is no reason to let standards slip, owners need to take some pride.I feel this particular establishment has attracted either seriously overweight people, food bargain hunters or students, definitely attracts people that just want to stuff anything in their mouth without considering what they are putting in their mouth, and people that just want to eat as much as they can as quickly as they can.I think the staff are doing the best they can, and the food was prepared well enough to eat. The fresh made food stands were reasonable, and the saving grace was you could see the food being prepared.A little slow to top food up in my opinion, and I don't think the self serve food stands were kept clean enough for my liking, and while I was there, I didn't see the serving utensils being wiped, cleaned or replaced once... 😳Even the water jugs had sticky handles, clearly from other customers who handled them with dirty hands.The staff service for drinks was prompt and efficient, and extremely friendly, however I suppose that is where the venue makes money, wasn't impressed with the quality of drinks, my Pepsi Max tasted totally watered down.Profits are obviously more important than quality.Sad to say, but way too many corners have been cut, so it makes me wonder what other corners are being cut in the kitchen?Men's toilets need a permanent attendant, they was very dirty, however I think that is a reflection of the patrons rather then the owners, however that is definitely something that requires urgent attention, made me feel like I was visiting a third world country, and really put me off from returning, I mean worst toilet hygiene I think I have ever seen in an eating establishment, had I gone toilet before eating, I would have probably left immediately.I also feel hand basins like in other similar style restaurants need to be made available on the eating floor, hand hygiene is important, and suitable provisions should be available. However that said, no one seemed to care which is a definite reflection of the other patrons.A rather negative experience, hence a 2 star rating.This place needs a visit from the food health inspector, they need some stricter controls in place.This experience has put me off visiting a buffet ever again.
