Kfc in Greenwich

Yesterday, I had dinner with my friend and our experience was disgusting. The chicken was to salty, we asked to remove a couple items from our burgers they did not do it. It took around 20 to 30 minutes to prepare our meal I know that hospitality industry is running out of staff but still this one is horrible!

Good food but not enough room for a large gathering

Food is not bad. Customer service is quite lacking. Customers tend to wait in line for a bit longer than usual. There is lack of workers that are able to satisfy customers

Finger licking chicken the only way that the Colonel makes. Good food, half decent service, all sealed with stickers to show that bucket of chicken is untouched.

Good we have missed KFC was a nice treat. Clean. We love the photos on the walk.

The staff are friendly but the service is incredibly slow. It’s not unreasonable to expect to wait 10mins before you get served and another 10 before you get your food because of the delivery orders which are fulfilled before they serve in store customers. Might be faster to order it online then wait outside kfc for the delivery driver to hand it straight over

Recently I ordered some wings and meal from KFC and what I received was terribly disgusting! There were disgustingly long hair on the chicken products! I put all of them in the bin and never touched any of them. I ordered by Just Eat and contacted them many times for a refund but seems like they don't mind giving an answer. See the photos I shared

Worst KFC ever anywhere, and I go to a lot of KFC’s! I can’t believe the amount of oil on all the chicken, oil in the bottom of the bucket and oil on the SOGGY chips.. awful! Stay clear of this branch. Also, the staff were HORRIBLE, a real discredit to the KFC name. I warn you... you’ll not be happy!

its sad really how the delivery service guys take priority over the customers that walk in. then to order a 10 piece bucket to get 8 legs in it. if you was to ask for 8 legs you would be told we can only give you 2 Maybe 3 legs. what a joke. now I need to order something else as I and my partner don't eat leg pieces. so disappointed don't think I'll use KFC anymore as it not the frist time in this store

I recently went there, ordered a boneless banquet and only got 15 chips inside the box. See attached photo which was taken before I started eating. It was too late as I only realized it once I got home, so make sure you check the content before you go otherwise you might be disappointed as well.On a side note, this place always got a dirty and sticky floor but the chicken are standard KFC taste which is the only good thing about it.
