Las Iguanas O2 in Greenwich

Loved our visit... first time here... nothing too much trouble and a fantastic recommended by the the waiter... absolutely delicious.

The staff are all super nice and the food is good, great atmosphere too! I had a large booking made for 12 people at no point did we feel like service might have been an issue, all of the food came out in good time, staff members kept coming over to ask if we needed anything else and when taking orders they were engaging in conversation which was actually nice. Thanks for making my visit pleasant.

The drinks are not strong at all- got a pitcher that tasted only like juice. Basically just an expensive mocktail. The food was excellent and served quickly. I think there has been a recent increase in tables and the top floor seating was shut so it was horribly cramped, I was so close to another table of strangers we could hear their whole conversation. Do not recommend as the experience was not good value for money.

For the first time I have been given glasses which weren't dried. When I commented about it, the waiter just said they were hot, so bar staff put ice in it to make them cool (but didn't bother to dry).Also no potato chips were available and we weren't big funs of sweet potato chips as a replacement.My son ordered coleslaw which never arrived.But for was pretty good. If they sort out the above I will score higher

Still got a table even though it was a Saturday night which was very surprising! Staff was extremely friendly, and the 2 for 1 cocktails is a must if you want to get tipsyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy. Me and my partner played it safe and got a steak but highly regretted because there was so many delicious options to try. So explore the horizons when you come here!!

Usually a massive fan of Las Iguanas, but was a disappointing visit for me. The doors wouldn’t open and staff kept walking past without paying any attention. 4 sets of people tried to get in and the door wasn’t working. We eventually had to call to see if they were actually open (despite seeing people dining in). They said the door was just heavy. We went back and saw others struggling to open the door and then eventually we got in. The service was really slow and there didn’t really seem to be much staff and those working weren’t very attentive. We couldn’t have our preferred drinks as they were missing an ingredient used in a lot of the drinks. Once food arrived, my nachos were almost cold which was sad as I usually love them with no faults.It was hard to get a waiter’s attention to order more drinks as nobody was visible most of the time. When we went to pay, our server highlighted that service charge was optional, but kept going on about how we should help him by paying it because he’s going through problems and proceeded to tell us about his personal life. It didn’t feel optional to pay at that point, more so coerced. But we paid nonetheless. It wasn’t a great visit but was probably just an off day.

Due to the restaurant being unhygienic. Was put off by the flies. When mentioning to the staff, he replied we do clean everyday??! The bbq wings were horrible. The mocktails were full of ice. The sweet potato fries had big ones on top and the bottom was full of crispy small fries. Appalling.

What a massive shame, we arrived as a small group after visiting the very lovely near by Ravensbourne. But left feeling rather upset and disappointed.As a group of four at least one of us should have had a good meal, but sadly no. But let's start with the service which was good, until we saw the menu which had black lines through a number of items. Atleast 12 items were listed as not available, 4 missing from the starters. Off to a poor start.That happens it was a weekend, so we all fine something to order, a chicken burger, some wings, a steak dinner, a classic burger, half a chicken. All arrived at the same time, were all either over cooked, dry or hidden in sauce to disguise the quality. I did feel that some of the meal was left over from the lunch rush.We had sweet potatoe chips on one order that would have been enough to feed all of us, while another had a tiny portion of fries thatq looked like they had sat and dried out. We were also surprised at the lack of anything like a side salad or plate dressing.But being who we are we tried not to waste anything, until our drinks arrived, we have recently been to the Brighton branch which is amazing, to call them cocktails is a joke. There was little to no alcohol in them, were over filled with ice etc. I'm not sure how but they didn't even have stock to make margaritas or have the option of a different rum.The whole experience was just flat and dull, especially with so many options. This establishment felt like it was about squeezing margins and pushing the quality to the limit.Disappointed!

The staff, they make this place! So friendly and welcoming.The food is good too, we popped in ar happy hour so got two drinks for the price of one or something like that.They have a nice selection of vegan meals too.I'll be returning.

The food was Great. Would recommend you trying. The burger was not dry and was packed with flavour. Also we had a fun time making our own wraps. They had amazing flavour something you always look for in small foods. The drinks were refreshing but got bitter at the end so couldn't finish it. Overall I liked the atmosphere.
