Mcdonald's Restaurant in Greenwich

Security stepped into my face while I was waiting to collect my order in a very threatening manner. telling me to get out. When I explained I’m waiting for my food that then would leave he continued to stand less the a foot away from me telling me to get out. Other customers express their issue with the way he behaved.the security should be fired immediately

Mcdonald’s usually has poor service and it’s nothing out of the ordinary. but this place is something else, the laziest, slowest workers i’ve ever seen. Absolute circus of an establishmentEdit: every visit to this cesspit manages to surprise me everytime. Rude, lazy, abrasive staff who would sooner grow wings and fly off than be of any assistance or use. Literally refused me my order despite me having proof of my payment, insisting i must just order again. Awful experience everytime and money stolen.

After placing my order at the screens, my receipt didn't print and I didn't get to see my order number. I spoke to Aua, who not only fixed the issue with the machine but was able to find my order after I gave her the details of what I ordered. She was incredibly helpful and friendly throughout.

So slow! Abour 20 mins to get my order. Second recent visit to McDonald's and both were super slow. Looked to be prioritising uber orders before walk ins.

Honestly disgusting here. I ordered a hot chocolate and it literally tasted like hot water with a tea spoon of chocolate powder. It also was half filled, I had to throw it away because that seriously can’t be classed as hot chocolate

They are always getting our breakfast order wrong. How hard is it to get what you order e.g 2 egg and one sausage muffin or beacon and sausage roll. Instead u get given whatever they think you should have. Destroying my whole day with the wrong order and they get the hump when you try and correct them. Kmt you can keep all that to yourself (Mcdonald at Rochester industrial estate )

This has to be one of the most disorganized McDonald's I've visited. A lot of staff members, yet it took forever to get a coffee (ordered online via McDonald's app). Given the large crowds, a better system is needed to announce orders ready for pick-up rather than flashing 5+ orders at once on the screen, watching a crowd surge forward to determine which is the correct order for whom, and listening to staff having to shout out order numbers repeatedly behind a plastic shield and face masks. The technology and staff are all there, but efficiency is sorely lacking. Maybe re-design your pick-up counter and enlarge it.

This is a poorly run and not well maintained McDonald's. The restrooms were damaged and dirty, and the service isn't great. Cold food arrived after being informed "we should have known" not to use the table service option in the app, despite the signs at each table encouraging customers to use the app for table service.

Ordered breakfast for delivery. The last few times they have been incapable of sending the correct items in my order. Today the breakfast roll with no ketchup that I ordered turned up as a breakfast roll with no bacon and a ton of ketchup. Really, it's not that hard to check what you send out is what the customer ordered!

The service at this McDonald was absolutely terrible and it was like a joke. We ordered on the McDonald's app, where both app and photo "number two" show that you could order your food to the table. The order to table on the app and the posters in the restaurant were completely wrong since we found out after half an hour of waiting for our food, just to be told by a member of staff at the checkout that they don't offer table service. All the cooked food was cold and was reheated. The member of staff literally put the cold Fries back into the fryer.The raspberry cooler was just cream with a small amount of raspberry syrup at the bottom, as shown in photo "number one". The donut that we ordered was as hard as a cricket ball, that was no nice to bite into. There was no apology from the staff member and no reason why the app and posters are still showing order to table. I would recommend to anyone if you want to order any food with good safaction from customers service, don't go to McDonald's Greenwich Cutty Sark.
